PDP Reviews Widget

The full review section for your product pages: reviews, media, Q&A, filters, and votes.

This is your main conversion surface. The PDP Reviews Widget puts the complete review story on every product page: the rating summary, the distribution, customer photos and videos, attribute filters, questions and answers, and the form to write a review. Shoppers decide here, so this widget earns the most attention.

Add it

  1. Open Settings, then Widgets.

  2. Pick PDP Reviews Widget.

  3. Click Open in theme editor. It arrives as its own full-width section below your product details.

  4. Save the theme.

What shoppers get

  • The summary header. Average rating, review count, and the rating distribution, with a short summary line drawn from your reviews.

  • Filters and sorting. By rating, by photos and video, by attribute, plus sort options from most recent to most helpful. An optional search box covers large catalogs.

  • Review cards. Text, media, verified badges, your replies, reviewer location, and helpful votes, each one a click away from a full detail view.

  • Questions. A second tab for product Q&A, with an ask button. If you turn storefront questions off in the admin, this tab hides itself automatically.

Tune it

The block settings give you fine control without code:

  • Display. Section heading, which surfaces show (reviews, questions, or both), default sort, reviews on the first page, and per-element toggles: attribute breakdown, QI summary card, write and ask buttons, helpful votes, verified badges, replies, share buttons, and more.

  • Behavior. Pagination as a load more button, numbered pages, or infinite scroll, plus lazy loading so the widget only mounts when scrolled into view.

  • Style. Primary, star, and text colors plus corner radius, on top of your brand defaults.

  • Copy. Every label is editable, from the tab names to the empty state.

Plan extras

The header can also carry QI extras, each with its own toggle: the QI review summary card on Growth and up, and sentiment insights on Unlimited. Both are covered in the QI collection.

šŸ’” Tip: Default sort is worth a thought. "Most helpful" rewards your best-written reviews, "With photos or video" leads with proof. Test both for a week each and watch the widget engagement in Analytics.
