Quoli's notification settings keep you informed about new reviews, customer questions, and review trends β so you can respond quickly and act on feedback. All notifications are managed from Quoli Dashboard β Settings β Notifications.
Notification Types
Question Notifications
Get an email alert every time a customer asks a question through your Q&A widget. Responding quickly to product questions builds trust and can help close hesitant buyers who are on the fence.
Review Notifications
Get notified when a customer submits a new product review. This lets you catch negative feedback early, thank happy customers, and stay on top of what people are saying about your products.
Weekly Review Report
Receive a summary of all review activity from the past week. Choose your preferred day and time for delivery, and optionally send the report to additional team members.
Monthly Review Report
Get a full monthly snapshot of customer sentiment and review trends. Direct it to key decision-makers on your team for strategic planning and product development insights.

Customizing Your Preferences
Choose your schedule. Set weekly reports for Monday mornings to align with your team's weekly planning. Set monthly reports for the 1st of each month for a clean retrospective.
Add team recipients. Enter additional email addresses to copy your team on reports β no Quoli account needed for them to receive the emails.
Toggle individually. Each notification type can be enabled or disabled independently. Want question alerts but not review alerts? No problem.
Troubleshooting
Not receiving notifications: Check your spam/junk folder first. Also verify the notification email address is correct in Settings β Notifications.
Reports arriving at wrong time: Report timing is based on the timezone set in your Quoli account. Check your account timezone settings if delivery seems off.
Team members not receiving reports: Make sure their email addresses are entered correctly in the report recipient field. Additional recipients receive the same report as the primary account.
