🎨 Brand Your Quoli Experience

Customize your Quoli widgets with your brand logo, colors, fonts, and rating icons for a seamless on-brand review experience.

Updated today

Quoli's branding settings let you customize every visual element of your review widgets β€” logo, colors, fonts, and rating icons β€” so your reviews look like a natural extension of your store, not a third-party add-on.

All branding options are managed from Quoli Dashboard β†’ Settings β†’ Branding.

⚑ Growth Plan Feature: Removing the "Powered by Quoli" badge from your widgets requires the Growth plan or above. All other branding options (logo, colors, fonts, icons) are available on every plan. View plans β†’

Adding your brand logo

Step 1: Go to Settings β†’ Branding in your Quoli dashboard.

Step 2: Upload your logo from your device, or paste an image URL if your logo is already hosted online.

Step 3: Preview how it looks and click Save. Your logo will appear on all review widgets and email templates storewide.

Selecting brand colors

Choose from 8 custom color palettes or set your own to match your storefront. You can adjust widget background, button color, accent color, and border color β€” all with real-time preview so you see exactly what your customers will see.

Choosing rating icons

Quoli offers 10+ icon styles so your star ratings feel on-brand. Choose from classic star variations (rounded, sharp, soft), or industry-specific icons like paw prints (pets), coffee cups (food/beverage), shields (security), fire (trending), diamonds (luxury), and bags (fashion/retail).

Customizing font style

Select from 6 built-in font styles to ensure your review widget text is consistent with your store's typography. Preview each option before saving β€” the change applies to all widgets instantly.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: Update both your widget branding and email template branding at the same time for a cohesive customer experience across every touchpoint.

Troubleshooting

Logo not appearing on widgets: Make sure the image URL is publicly accessible (not behind a login). Try uploading the file directly instead of using a URL.

Colors look different on my store: Some themes apply their own CSS styles that can override widget styling. If colors aren't matching, check for theme CSS conflicts.

Changes not showing after saving: Clear your browser cache and refresh the page. Branding updates may take a few seconds to propagate across all widgets.
