Quoli's widgets show your reviews on your store: on product pages, your home page, the cart and every page in between. They live inside your theme, in your layout and your brand colors, and you add each one from Settings ▸ Widgets in Quoli.

Widgets: 23 in the library, including eight Home Carousel styles
Needs: The Quoli Core Script app embed, on in your live theme
Plans: Every widget on every plan, except the Nuggets Slider (Growth and up)

Start with the Quoli Core Script
The Quoli Core Script is an app embed in your theme. It runs the review and question forms, your Brand colors and fonts, star ratings on collection pages, code snippets and the All Reviews Page. With it off, the widget blocks you've placed still show, but those stop working.
On product pages it also gives search engines the product's rating and review count, so your stars can show in search results. Its Show ratings in search results setting turns that off.
Click Activate app embed: on the setup guide's first step, or on the Quoli app embed is not active banner that Settings ▸ Widgets and Home show while it's off. Your theme editor opens at App embeds with Quoli Core Script switched on.
Click Save.
Or do it by hand: Open theme editor in the title bar of Settings ▸ Widgets, then App embeds, switch on Quoli Core Script and save.
Add a widget
➀ The widget. Shown with sample reviews, as your theme editor previews it.
➁ Its name and status. The same name your theme editor uses, and whether it's on your live theme.
➂ Where it goes. The page it's made for, and what it shows.
➃ Add to theme and Instructions. Add to theme opens your theme editor with the widget in place. Instructions has the same button, and the code for themes without app blocks.
Widgets go on your store in one of three ways:
App block. Widgets: Most widgets. Add to theme does: Opens the right template with the block added. Drag it into place and click Save.
App embed. Widgets: Popup Widget, Reviews Sidebar. Add to theme does: Opens App embeds with the widget switched on. Click Save, and it shows across your store.
Code or another editor. Widgets: Collection Ratings, Checkout Reviews, Checkout Star Ratings, Review your order, Ask for a review in-store. Add to theme does: Collection Ratings is a line of code in your product card, from its Instructions. The checkout blocks go in the checkout editor, Review your order in customer accounts, and Ask for a review in-store in the Point of Sale editor: the card's button opens the right one.
Instructions
➀ Add to theme. The same button as on the card.
➁ The code. For themes without app blocks, or to place the widget yourself. Paste it into a Custom Liquid block or your theme code.
➂ Copy code. Copies it in one click.
Pasted code uses each widget's default settings. Keep the Core Script on: it loads the widget. Add widgets with code lists every snippet and where it goes.
Active, Inactive and Manual setup
Active. The widget is placed in your live theme.
Inactive. It isn't in your live theme yet.
Manual setup. Collection Ratings, which Quoli can't see from your theme. Check it on your store.
Quoli reads your live theme each time you open the page. For the Home Carousel, only the style you've placed reads Active. If the check fails, a banner says so with Check again.
Every widget
Product page. Widgets: Product Star Ratings, PDP Reviews Widget, Grid Reviews Widget.
Carousels. Widgets: Nuggets Slider, and the Home Carousel in eight styles: Review Cards, Spotlight, Photo Wall, Video Reel, Quote Cards, Collage, Big Quote and Classic.
Badges. Widgets: Rating Badge, Trust Bar.
Floating. Widgets: Popup Widget, Reviews Sidebar.
Cart & checkout. Widgets: Cart Reviews, Checkout Reviews and Checkout Star Ratings (checkout on Plus stores), Review your order (customer accounts).
POS. Widgets: Ask for a review in-store.
Collection. Widgets: Collection Ratings.
Pages. Widgets: All Reviews Page.
Colors and fonts for every widget come from one place, Settings ▸ Brand. Each widget's own block settings handle its layout and what it shows. The widget language follows Settings ▸ General.
💡 Tip: Building a new theme before it goes live? Place your widgets there as usual. Statuses read your live theme, so they turn Active when you publish it.
