Home is your Quoli dashboard, the page Quoli opens on. One look tells you how your reviews are doing, what's waiting for you and what just came in, and every card takes you straight to the page where you act on it.

Plans: Every plan. Ask QI needs Advanced and up.
A banner can sit above the cards. When your plan's review requests are used up, it says when they start again, and it stays until they do. On Free and Starter, a short one says what the next plan adds; it shows once a visit, and you can close it. Plans and what each one includes has the details.
Last 30 days performance
➀ What it counts. The ⓘ explains the figure, with a Learn more link to its article.
➁ Change. Up or down on the 30 days before. No prior data means there's nothing to compare yet.
➂ View analytics. Opens Analytics.
Click a figure to open its own section in Analytics, where you can pick other dates and compare.
Review requests sent. Automatic review request emails sent. Reminders and requests you send by hand aren't included.
Reviews collected. Reviews that came in, from every source and whatever their status, so ones waiting for your approval count too.
Media conversion. The share of those reviews with a photo or video.
Attributed revenue. The total of orders tied to your reviews, in your store's currency, with voided orders left out. It needs the Quoli web pixel, and reads – when tracking can't be reached.
Analytics counts the same way, so for the last 30 days the two always match.
QI noticed
Under your last 30 days, QI points out what needs a look without being asked: a store or product rating that's slipping, or a product drawing more 1–2★ reviews than usual, with the numbers and the newest low review. Ask QI about this asks QI why, See reviews opens those reviews lowest rated first, and the × hides it until it gets worse. It shows only when there's something to point out, on Advanced and up. Ask QI about your store explains when each one shows.
Needs attention
Everything that's waiting on you, one row each with its count. A click opens exactly that list. Only rows with something waiting show, and when nothing is, the card reads All caught up.
Reviews pending moderation. Product reviews waiting for your approval. Opens them in Reviews.
Low-rated reviews need a reply. Published 1 to 3 star product reviews you haven't replied to. The count drops as soon as you reply.
Store reviews pending moderation. The same for reviews about your store.
Low-rated store reviews need a reply. The same for store reviews.
Questions waiting for an answer. Every unanswered shopper question. Opens them in Questions.
Quoli app embed is not active. In red, when the Quoli Core Script app embed is switched off in your live theme. Your widgets still show, but the review and question forms, your Brand styling and collection star ratings stop working. Opens your theme editor with it switched on.
Reviews are missing from product pages. In red, when neither the PDP Reviews Widget nor the Grid Reviews Widget is on your product template. Opens your theme editor with the reviews widget added back.
The red rows lead the card, so a broken store never hides under a busy day. Publish and archive reviews, Reply to reviews and Answer customer questions show how to clear the rest.
Ask QI
QI answers questions about your reviews, shoppers' questions and analytics, and how to do things in Quoli, from your store's own data. Click one of the suggested questions on the card, which change from visit to visit, or Ask a question to write your own.
The answer comes in the popup, with the steps QI took and buttons to the pages it used, and you can keep asking. Recents keeps your earlier conversations, and New conversation starts over. Ask QI in the title bar opens the same popup from any page, and Ask QI about your store covers it all.
Ask QI is on Advanced and up, where the card reads Unlocked. On other plans it shows a lock with the plan it needs, and See what QI can do lists what QI does on each plan.
Latest reviews
➀ Reviewer. Their name, Verified when the review is matched to a real order, and where it came from, like Review email or On-site form.
➁ Rating and product. The stars and the product reviewed.
➂ Photos and videos. Up to four, with +N for the rest.
➃ Status and time. Pending until you approve it, and how long ago it came in.
➄ View all. Opens Reviews.
Your newest reviews show here in full, pending and published, but not archived ones. A click on a review opens it in Reviews, ready to approve, reply or archive.
Before your first review, the card offers three ways to get one: schedule review requests, import your existing reviews, or share your review link.
Your plan
Your plan, the review requests sent this billing period and when it renews. On a plan with a monthly allowance, a bar shows how much you've used and turns red when you reach it. Manage plan opens Settings ▸ Plans, and on Free the button reads Upgrade.

Show the setup guide. The setup guide again, with your progress. Shows when you've hidden the guide before finishing it.

Email support. An email to [email protected].
Partner program. Quoli's partner and affiliate program, for agencies and freelancers, who earn 20% of each store they refer for as long as it stays.
Three more cards round off the column. Customer stories shows how other brands grow with Quoli, with two of their results each: Read the story opens the one showing on quoli.io, and the dots move between them. Refer brands and earn every month opens Refer and earn on quoli.io, where you get your referral link, and on a development store it becomes the partner program. Share your feedback on Quoli asks how the app is going for you: either answer reaches the Quoli team and opens our app listing, where you can write a review.

Search. Finds any page, setting or feature in Quoli. The / key opens it too. Search and Ask QI from anywhere has more.
Continue setup. While setup steps are left: brings your next step into view.
Moderate reviews. Once you're live, when reviews wait for approval: opens them in Reviews.
View reviews. Once you're live, when nothing waits: opens Reviews.
While you're setting up
Until every Go live step and every step your plan includes is done, the setup guide leads the page. Needs attention moves to the right column and only shows when something's waiting. Set up Quoli walks through every step.
On smaller screens
On a narrow window the two columns stack: your work first, then Ask QI, your plan and help. The four figures go two by two, and one under another on a phone.
