🪪 Review cards

Every part of a review card, from the reviewer's photo, name and Verified buyer badge to the photos, your reply, Useful and Share, and the setting in Quoli or your theme editor that controls each one.

Each review on your product page is a card: who wrote it, what they said, what they showed, and how you answered. Every part comes from the review itself, and a few settings decide how it's shown.

Shows in: PDP Reviews Widget and Reviews Sidebar. The Grid Reviews Widget and All Reviews Page use photo-first cards.

Set by: Settings ▸ General, Reviews ▸ Attributes and each widget's block settings

Plans: Every plan

A review card with its parts numbered

➀ Reviewer. Their photo or initials, name and Verified buyer.

➁ Location. Where they're from.

➂ About the reviewer. Their answers about themselves, like skin type.

➃ Stars and date. Their rating and when they wrote it.

➄ Title and review. In their own words.

➅ About the product. Their answers about the product, then whether they recommend it.

➆ Photos and videos. What they shared with the review.

➇ Your reply. Your public reply, under the review.

➈ Useful and Share. For shoppers to vote and pass the review on.

A click anywhere on the card, away from its buttons and links, opens the full review in the review popup.

Each part in detail

Reviewer and Verified buyer

Pointing at Verified buyer, or tapping it, explains it: the reviewer bought from your store and the review is matched to a real order. Reviews that aren't matched to an order show the name alone, and a review without a name reads Anonymous. No Verified buyer on a review? Reviews from your review request emails get it, and so do verified reviews imported from Loox, Junip, Okendo, Webtex or Reviews.io. One left on your storefront's form, or imported from a file, isn't matched to an order.

Title and review

Long reviews open with their first lines and a Read more link. It opens the rest in place, and Show less folds it back.

Photos and videos

On wide pages two sit beside the review, with +N on the second when there are more. A click on one opens the review popup on that photo or video.

Useful and Share

Useful counts one vote per shopper and shows the total, like Useful (2). Share opens the device's share sheet, or copies a link that opens this review in the popup.

On phones

A review card on a phone

The card becomes one column, and up to four photos sit under the review, with +N on the fourth.

Cards across your store

A review card in the Reviews Sidebar with its product link numbered

The Reviews Sidebar shows reviews from all your products, so each card ends with ➀ the product's name, linked to its page. The All Reviews Page, Home Carousel, Popup Widget and Cart Reviews name the product too, and their Show product name setting hides it. Its cards stay compact: the full review, with your reply, Useful and Share, is a click away in the popup.

💡 Tip: Reply to your 3 star reviews, not just the 5s. A short, helpful reply under a mixed review often does more for the next shopper than another glowing one.
