📈 Analytics: your reviews in numbers

The Analytics page: picking dates and a comparison, QI's line on the period, the six headline figures, and the four sections below with what each one answers.

Analytics shows what your reviews are doing for your store: how many come in and from where, how your review requests perform, what customers say, and the sales your reviews help bring in. Pick any dates, compare them with the period before, and every figure follows.

Where: Analytics, in the Quoli menu

Dates: The last 30 days to start, compared with the 30 days before

Plans: Every plan. The QI line and Sentiment need Growth and up.

The top of the page

The top of Analytics with its parts numbered

➀ Dates and comparison. In the title bar. Pick the dates on the left button, and what to compare them with on the right. Manage reviews beside them opens Reviews.

➁ QI's line. The period in a sentence or two: how reviews moved, what your rating means for shoppers, and the sales Quoli helped bring in. QI builds it from the figures below. With nothing to go on yet, it says QI is still learning your store.

➂ A figure. Its value, the change on the comparison period, and the comparison figure under it. The ⓘ says exactly what it counts.

A new range keeps the last figures on screen, faded, until its own arrive. The dates are in the page's address too, so a bookmarked or shared link opens on the same view.

Dates and comparison

Dates: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, All time (from the day your store's data begins), or a Custom range you pick on a calendar.

Compare with: Previous period, the same number of days just before; Same period last year; or No comparison, which hides the changes. All time has nothing before it to compare with, so it shows no comparison.

A change reads No prior data when there's nothing in the comparison period to compare with, as on a new store.

The six figures

  • Reviews collected. Every review received in the period, from every source, whatever its status.

  • Review requests sent. Review request emails sent in the period.

  • Submission rate. The share of requests delivered in the period that led to a review.

  • Media reviews. The share of reviews received in the period with a photo or video.

  • Average rating. The average stars of the published reviews submitted in the period.

  • Attributed revenue. Sales from orders where the shopper clicked a Quoli widget or used a Quoli discount, and its share of your store's revenue.

Home's Last 30 days figures count the same way, and a click on one opens its section here.

The four sections

  • How reviews arrive. When reviews come in, where from, and how your review requests perform.

  • Revenue impact. The sales your reviews help bring in, and which widgets shoppers click.

  • What customers say. Ratings, sentiment, your review questions' answers and shopper questions. See What customers say and top performers.

  • Top performers. The products and customers with the most reviews.

💡 Tip: Check Analytics on the same day each month with Last 30 days and Previous period. Watch three figures: Reviews collected, Submission rate and Attributed revenue. If one drops, its section shows why.
