The Product Reviews Widget is your most important conversion tool. It displays customer reviews, Q&A, photos, and videos directly on your product pages β€” right where shoppers make buying decisions.

Add the widget to your product pages

  1. Go to Quoli β†’ Reviews β†’ Widget Library.

  2. Click Product Reviews Widget.

  3. Click Add App Block β€” your Theme Editor opens.

  4. Position the widget below your product details (description, specifications, etc.).

  5. Click Save.

What it includes

  • Star rating summary β€” Average rating and rating distribution at the top.

  • Review list β€” All reviews with customer name, date, rating, text, and media.

  • Photo/video gallery β€” Click any media thumbnail to view full-size.

  • Sorting & filtering β€” Shoppers can sort by most recent, highest/lowest rating, or filter by star count.

  • Q&A tab β€” Product questions and answers displayed alongside reviews.

  • Write a Review button β€” Lets customers submit reviews directly from the widget.

Customize the widget

In the Theme Editor, click on the Product Reviews Widget to access settings:

  • Layout β€” Choose between list or card view.

  • Colors β€” Match background, text, and star colors to your theme.

  • Heading text β€” Customize the section title (e.g., "Customer Reviews" or "What Our Customers Say").

  • Reviews per page β€” Control how many reviews show before pagination.

  • Show/hide elements β€” Toggle Q&A tab, media gallery, sorting options, etc.

Best practices

  • Place below the fold β€” Position it after product details so shoppers see your pitch first, then scroll to social proof.

  • Feature top reviews β€” Featured reviews appear first in the widget, so pin your best ones.

  • Enable Q&A β€” The Q&A tab catches questions that would otherwise become support tickets.

  • Encourage photo reviews β€” Offer discount incentives for photo/video reviews to fill the media gallery.
