Switching to Quoli: what to expect

What carries over, how long it takes, and the two ways to migrate.

Your reviews are years of earned trust, and switching apps should not cost you any of it. Migrating to Quoli is designed around that: your reviews, ratings, customers, dates, and media come with you, and most stores complete the move in a day or two.

Two ways to migrate

  • Do it yourself with the import wizard. Export a CSV from your old app, upload it to Quoli, and the wizard maps everything automatically. Ready-made mappings cover Loox, Judge.me, Yotpo, Stamped.io, Junip, Reviews.io, Fera, Growave, and AliExpress, and a generic CSV path covers everything else. Results arrive by email when the import finishes.

  • White-glove migration, on every paid plan. Our team handles the whole thing: export, import with verified-buyer flags, photo and video preservation, and redirects. Most stores are fully switched in 1 to 2 days with zero data loss. Ask in the messenger and we take it from there.

What carries over

Review text, star ratings, customer names and emails, review dates, product links, and media. The exact set depends on what your old app includes in its export, which is what the per-app guides in this collection cover, one honest page per app.

The order that works

  1. Import your reviews first, so Quoli is never empty.

  2. Spot-check the result in Manage reviews, imported reviews wear an Imported badge.

  3. Place your widgets, starting with star ratings and the reviews widget.

  4. Uninstall the old app last, after Quoli is visibly live on your storefront.

Two timing rules

  • Import soon after exporting. Media in export files is linked by URL, and those links can die when the old account closes.

  • Overlap, do not gap. Keep the old app installed until Quoli's widgets are live, so your storefront never shows an empty review section.

šŸ’” Tip: If you are on a paid plan, skip the wizard entirely and message us. The white-glove migration exists precisely so switching costs you an email, not an afternoon.
