When you switch review apps, your reviews come with you. Export them from your old app, drop the file into Quoli, and they show on your store with their stars, dates, photos and replies. Most apps' exports go in exactly as they are.

Apps Quoli imports as they are
Pick the app under Import from and drop its export. The import starts straight away, with nothing to map. Each app's name opens its guide.
Judge.me. What comes across: Text, title, stars, name, email, date, location, photos and your replies.
Loox. What comes across: Text, stars, name, email, date, photos, videos, replies, order and Verified.
Junip. What comes across: Text, title, stars, name, email, date, photos, videos, replies, votes, would recommend and Verified.
Reviews.io. What comes across: Text, title, stars, name, email, date, location, order, Verified, and company reviews as store reviews.
Okendo and Webtex. What comes across: Text, title, stars, name, email, date, photos, replies and Verified. Okendo also brings videos, votes and would recommend.
Every other app
Yotpo, Stamped and any app that exports a CSV go in through Generic CSV: map columns yourself. You tell Quoli what each column is once, it checks every row, and imports the ones that pass. See Migrate from Yotpo, Migrate from Stamped or Migrate from any other app.
What happens to your reviews
They keep their status. Reviews published in your old app are published in Quoli, and hidden or pending ones wait in Reviews for you. Your Collect & publish rules don't apply to imports. To check every review before it shows, turn on Import published reviews as pending.
Photos and videos are copied to Quoli. They keep working after you close your old account.
Nobody is emailed. Importing sends no emails and no discount codes, and imported reviews don't count toward your plan's review requests.
Verified carries over where your old app's export says the buyer is verified. Reviews from your own spreadsheet are never marked Verified.
Each one says where it came from. Reviews shows Imported as its source.
Importing twice is safe. Skip reviews imported before is on by default, so you can import a newer export later and only the new reviews come in.
Published reviews show on your store as soon as the import finishes.
The order that keeps your store covered
Export from your old app while it's still installed. Some apps may delete your reviews when you uninstall them.
Import into Quoli, and check the count it shows against your file.
Look at a few reviews in Reviews: search a reviewer's name to find one.
Add Quoli's widgets in place of the old app's blocks. See Add your first widgets.
Switch review requests over. Turn off your old app's request emails, then turn on Quoli's, so no customer gets two. See How automated review requests work.
Uninstall the old app last, once Quoli's widgets show on your store.
In this order, your product pages always show reviews: the old app's, until Quoli's take their place.
Questions and answers
Quoli imports questions from its own question file, not from another app's export. Copy your questions and answers into it: Import and export questions has the file and its columns.
While an import runs
You can leave the page. The import keeps going and shows under Recent jobs, with how many reviews came in.
One import runs at a time. Start the next when the first says Completed.
If one says Stopped before it finished, import the same file again. The reviews already in are skipped.
Star ratings saved with your products, for search results and themes that show their own stars, update in the background after the import, about 20 products a minute.
