Yotpo's export goes in through Generic CSV: map columns yourself. Quoli matches most of its columns for you. You pick five yourself, once, and every row is checked before it comes in.

1. Export from Yotpo
In Yotpo Reviews, go to Manage ▸ Reviews.
Leave the filters off to export everything, and don't use the search bar: a search can't be exported.
Click Export at the top right. Yotpo emails you a link to the file, which can take up to an hour.
Reviews from the last 24 hours may not be in the file yet, and Yotpo's export doesn't include questions.
2. Tidy the file
Open it in a spreadsheet and save it again as CSV (UTF-8) after these changes:
Store reviews. Rows whose Review Type is a site review are reviews of your store. Move them to their own file and import it with Store reviews: map columns yourself.
Private comments. Comment Content comes in as a public reply. Clear it on rows where Comment Public is false.
Videos. One column can be the review's media. To bring videos too, add each Published Video URL to the same row's Published Image URL cell, separated by a comma.
Keep the column names as Yotpo wrote them: Quoli matches them in the next step.
3. Match the columns
Pick Generic CSV: map columns yourself under Import from, and drop the file. It opens on its columns.
➀ Review Creation Date. Pick Date. Left as it is, every review would get the day you import.
➁ Review Score. Pick Rating. Until a column is the rating, Rating is flagged under Required fields and Validate file stays off.
➂ Published Image URL. Pick Media URLs. Quoli copies each photo.
➃ Comment Content. Pick Store reply, and Comment Date above it as Reply date.
➄ Matched for you. Review Status, Review Title, Review Content, Order ID, Reviewer Display Name and Reviewer Email, and further down Product ID, Product Title and Product Handle.
Further down, you can also pick Thumbs Up as Helpful votes, Thumbs Down as Not-helpful votes and Reviewer Country as Location. A column of answers to one of Yotpo's custom questions, such as skin type, can be matched to the same question in Quoli. Leave the rest on Skip this column.
4. Check and import
Click Validate file. Quoli checks every row and lists any problem, such as a missing rating.
Click Continue, add an email under Notify email to hear when it's done, and click Start import.
Published reviews are published in Quoli. Pending and unpublished ones wait in Reviews, and rejected or deleted ones stay off your store.
What doesn't come across
Verified. Reviews imported with Generic CSV aren't marked Verified, so Yotpo's verified buyers don't get the badge.
Tags, sentiment scores and anything you leave on Skip this column.
Keep your Yotpo export: it still has everything Quoli didn't bring in.
💡 Tip: The mapping step lists your file's first row next to each column. Glance down the Sample value column before you continue: if a date or rating looks wrong there, the other rows likely have the same problem.
