Migrate from Reviews.io

Product reviews and company reviews both find their place in Quoli.

Reviews.io splits feedback into product reviews and company reviews, and Quoli has a home for both: product reviews land on your products, and brand-level feedback lives in the store reviews tab. The import wizard ships a ready-made Reviews.io mapping, and white-glove migration on any paid plan covers the whole move if you would rather not touch a file.

Step 1: Export from Reviews.io

  1. Open your Reviews.io dashboard.

  2. Find the export options and download your product reviews CSV.

  3. Export your company reviews too if you collected them, keep the files separate.

Step 2: Import into Quoli

  1. Open Reviews, then Import & Export, and click Import reviews.

  2. Choose Reviews.io as the source and upload your product reviews file.

  3. Confirm the pre-filled mapping: text, ratings, names, emails, dates, products, media.

  4. Run Validate sample, then enter your email under Notify when done and click Start import.

Step 3: Check and go live

  1. Spot-check the Imported entries in Manage reviews.

  2. Publish in bulk once the sample looks right.

  3. Place your widgets, then uninstall Reviews.io and remove leftover snippets from your theme.

Reviews.io specifics

The product and company split is the one thing to plan around. Product reviews import through the wizard as usual. Company reviews are brand-level, and their Quoli home is the Store tab in Manage reviews, where store-wide surfaces like the Reviews Sidebar and Trust Bar draw from. If you have a large company reviews file, message us and we will handle the placement as part of your migration.

šŸ’” Tip: Reviews.io merchants often come for simpler pricing. Check Plans and billing once your import lands, the order-volume ladder usually maps your old bill to a smaller one.
