What happens when you uninstall Quoli

A clean break by design, so export first if you might return.

Uninstalling Quoli is a clean break, by design. Your store's Quoli data is removed, and a reinstall starts fresh rather than resurrecting an old account. We built it this way on purpose: your customer data should not sit in an app you decided to stop using.

What uninstalling does

  • Your widgets stop rendering. Blocks from an uninstalled app no longer appear on your storefront, and your theme returns to how it looked before Quoli.

  • Sends stop immediately. No scheduled review request outlives the app.

  • Billing ends with the platform's standard proration. Subscriptions are managed by your store platform, and uninstalling ends the charge.

  • Your Quoli data is removed. Reviews you collected through Quoli, questions, nuggets, settings, and email customizations do not carry over to a future install.

Before you uninstall, export

Two files preserve everything that matters, and they take five minutes:

  1. Open Reviews, then Import & Export, and run a full export with every column. The file arrives by email.

  2. Open Questions, then Import / Export, and download your Q&A CSV.

With those two files, nothing is ever truly gone: a future reinstall, or any other tool, can import them.

If you reinstall later

You arrive as a new install: the onboarding wizard, the Free plan, a clean slate. Import your exported reviews through the wizard, re-place your widgets, and you are back, the same path as any migration, with your own files as the source.

If something pushed you here

An uninstall over a problem is a problem we would rather just fix. Message us in the messenger or write to [email protected] first, the answer is usually short.

šŸ’” Tip: Run the full export even if you are certain you are leaving forever. Certainty has a shelf life, and the file costs nothing to keep.
