Quoli reads Junip's review export as it is. Reviews come in with their photos and videos, your replies, helpful votes, recommendations and Verified badges.

1. Export from Junip
In Junip, go to Reviews and set the date range to All.
Click Export at the top right and confirm. Leave the optional fields off, so the file has Junip's usual columns.
When the file is ready, Junip emails it to you and shows Download at the top of your reviews.
Import it soon after, while the photo and video links in it still work.
2. Import it into Quoli
➀ Import from. Pick Junip.
➁ The result. Drop the file and the import starts. When it's done, it says how many reviews came in, and anything it left out.
➂ Recent jobs. The import, with how many reviews came in. You can leave the page while it runs.
If the file's columns were changed, Quoli says These columns don't match the Junip export: export again and import the new file.
What comes across
Title, review, rating and date. In Quoli: The same.
First and last name, email. In Quoli: The reviewer. The email never shows on your store.
Product. In Quoli: Found by its product ID, then its handle.
Verified buyer. In Quoli: The Verified badge.
Photos and videos. In Quoli: Copied to Quoli.
Your response. In Quoli: A public reply.
Up and down votes. In Quoli: Helpful and not-helpful votes.
Would recommend. In Quoli: The answer to your yes or no question.
Approved. In Quoli: Published. Any other state waits in Reviews as pending.
The country code, SKU and variant are left behind. A review whose product isn't in your store comes in with the product's name from the file.
3. Check your reviews
➀ Verified and Imported. The buyer was verified in Junip, and the review came from your import.
➁ Photos and videos. Copied from Junip, so they keep working after you leave it.
➂ Recommends this product. Junip's would recommend, as the answer to your yes or no question.
➃ Your reply. Junip's response.
💡 Tip: Your yes or no question has to exist before you import, or the recommendations are left out. Check Reviews ▸ Attributes first.
