Quoli reads Judge.me's review export as it is. Export your reviews, drop the file into Quoli, and they come in with their stars, dates, photos and your replies.
Where: Reviews ▸ Import / export ▸ Import from Judge.me
Takes: Judge.me's review export, unchanged
Plans: Every plan
1. Export from Judge.me
In your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews.
Open the Export menu at the top right and choose Export published reviews.
A small export downloads right away. A bigger one is emailed to the addresses in Judge.me's admin notifications, and its link works for 3 hours.
Judge.me puts up to 100,000 reviews in one file. With more, export them in parts by date or product, and import each file.
2. Import it into Quoli
➀ Import from. Pick Judge.me.
➁ The result. Drop the file and the import starts. When it's done, it says how many reviews came in, and anything it left out.
➂ Recent jobs. The import, with how many reviews came in. You can leave the page while it runs.
Upload the file as Judge.me made it. If its columns were changed, Quoli says These columns don't match the Judge.me export: export again and import the new file.
What comes across
Title, review, rating and date. In Quoli: The same.
Reviewer name, email and location. In Quoli: The same. The email never shows on your store.
Product. In Quoli: Found by its product ID, then its handle.
Your reply and its date. In Quoli: A public reply.
Photos. In Quoli: Copied to Quoli.
Published. In Quoli: Published. Hidden or pending reviews wait in Reviews for you.
Left behind: the Verified badge and order details, which Judge.me's export doesn't include, and answers to Judge.me's custom form questions.
3. Check your reviews
➀ Imported. Where the review came from.
➁ Photos. Copied from Judge.me, so they keep working after you leave it.
➂ Your reply. As you wrote it in Judge.me.
A review whose product isn't in your store comes in with the product's details from the file, and the result says how many did.
Questions and answers
Quoli imports questions from its own question file. Copy your Judge.me questions and answers into it: see Import and export questions.
💡 Tip: Export hidden reviews from Judge.me's Export menu too, and import that file after the first. They come in as pending, so you can decide on each one in Reviews.
