🧰 Migrate from any other app

Bring reviews from Okendo, Webtex or any app that exports a CSV: the ready-made imports, the three columns every file needs, and how to match the rest.

Any review app that exports a CSV can move to Quoli. Okendo and Webtex exports go in as they are. Any other file goes through the import wizard, where you match its columns once.

Where: Reviews ▸ Import / export ▸ Import reviews

Every file needs: A product ID or handle, a rating and the review text

Plans: Every plan

Okendo and Webtex

Pick Okendo or Webtex under Import from and drop the app's review export, unchanged. The import starts, with nothing to map.

  • Okendo. Export your reviews for all time, and Okendo emails the file to the account owner. Reviews come in with their title, photos, videos, replies, votes, would recommend and Verified badges. A reply you kept private in Okendo stays private.

  • Webtex. Reviews come in with their title, location, photos, replies and Verified badges. Pros and cons are added to the end of the review text, as Pros: and Cons: lines.

If Quoli says These columns don't match the app's export, the file was changed: export again and import the new file.

Any other app

Export your reviews from the app as a CSV, whether it's Fera, Growave, a file of AliExpress reviews or any other app. Then pick Generic CSV: map columns yourself under Import from and drop the file, or click Open wizard manually.

The first step of the import wizard with its parts numbered

➀ Reviews of. Products for reviews of what you sell, or Your store for reviews of your business.

➁ Importing from. Your old app, if it's listed. Columns are matched by their names either way, and you check each one in the next step.

➂ Your file. Drop it here. The wizard opens on its columns.

➃ Template and sample. Quoli's columns, blank or with sample rows, and a guide to what each takes.

The wizard then matches the columns it recognizes, checks every row, and imports the ones that pass. Import reviews from a CSV file goes through each step.

Get the file ready

  • Product names but no ID or handle. Add a handle column: the handle is the last part of the product's URL, after /products/.

  • Ratings out of 10. Change them to 1 to 5 first. Quoli doesn't convert them, and the rows are skipped. Half stars round to the nearest whole star.

  • Store and product reviews together. Split them into two files, and import the store reviews with Your store.

  • Photos in several columns. Put each review's links in one cell, separated by commas, and match it to Media URLs.

  • Answers to your own questions. Match the column to the same question in Quoli, or pick New attribute from this column.

Reviews from a wizard import aren't marked Verified, whatever the file says.

💡 Tip: Not sure a file will work? Click Download sample data and compare its columns with yours: each one shows the format Quoli reads. Don't import the sample itself, as its rows would become real reviews.
