Quoli reads Loox's product review export as it is, photos and videos included. Verified buyers stay verified, so the badge your shoppers trust carries over.

1. Export from Loox
In Loox, open Manage Reviews.
On the Product reviews tab, click the three dots and choose Export to .csv.
Export all your product reviews, not only the ones your filters show. The file downloads to your computer.
Store reviews are exported separately. See Store reviews below.
2. Import it into Quoli
Go to Reviews ▸ Import / export.
Under Import from, pick Loox.
Drop the file. The import starts, and when it's done it says how many reviews came in. It also shows under Recent jobs.
Upload the file as Loox made it. If its columns were changed, Quoli says These columns don't match the Loox export: export again and import the new file.
What comes across
Review, rating and date. In Quoli: The same. Loox reviews have no title.
Full name, or nickname. In Quoli: The reviewer's name.
Email and order. In Quoli: Kept with the review. The email never shows on your store.
Verified purchase. In Quoli: The Verified badge.
Photos and videos. In Quoli: Copied to Quoli.
Your reply and its date. In Quoli: A public reply.
Active, rejected. In Quoli: Published, rejected. Any other status waits in Reviews as pending.
The product is found by its product ID, then its handle. The variant and Loox's incentivized flag are left behind.
3. Check your reviews
➀ Verified and Imported. The buyer was verified in Loox, and the review came from your import.
➁ Photos and videos. Copied from Loox, so they keep working after you leave it.
➂ Your reply. As you wrote it in Loox.
Store reviews
Loox exports reviews of your store separately, from the Store reviews tab of Manage Reviews. Import that file with Store reviews: map columns yourself: you match its columns once, and the reviews go to Reviews ▸ Store reviews.
💡 Tip: The photo and video links in an export can stop working once you close your Loox account. Import soon after you export, before you uninstall Loox, so every one can be copied.
