Migrate from Loox

Export from Loox, import with one click of mapping, go live.

Moving from Loox to Quoli is one export and one upload, because Quoli ships a ready-made mapping for Loox files. Nothing to reformat, no columns to rename. Prefer not to touch a CSV at all? Every paid plan includes white-glove migration, just message us.

Step 1: Export from Loox

  1. Open your Loox dashboard.

  2. Find the reviews export, in Loox it lives with review management, labeled as a CSV export of all reviews.

  3. Download the file and keep it handy.

Export and import on the same day if you can. Loox photo links in the file are URLs, and they age badly once your Loox account winds down.

Step 2: Import into Quoli

  1. Open Reviews, then Import & Export, and click Import reviews.

  2. Choose Loox as the source and drop in your file.

  3. Confirm the column mapping. The Loox preset fills it for you: text, ratings, names, emails, dates, products, photos.

  4. Run Validate sample and review the result.

  5. Enter your email under Notify when done and click Start import. Results arrive by email when complete.

Step 3: Check, publish, go live

  1. Open Manage reviews. Imports arrive wearing the Imported badge.

  2. Spot-check a handful for product matches and photos.

  3. Publish what should be live, bulk actions make that one move.

  4. Place your widgets, then uninstall Loox and remove any leftover Loox snippets from your theme.

Loox specifics

Loox is photo-first, and the photos travel well, expect your media gallery to arrive nearly intact. What stays behind is Loox-specific machinery: referral programs and widget settings do not transfer, and Quoli's equivalents, discount rewards and the widget library, take their place in minutes.

šŸ’” Tip: Coming from Loox, your text reviews are probably thin. Turn on Quoli's review form with a small minimum length and a media follow-up, and your next hundred reviews will carry words as well as pictures.
