Two buttons sit in the title bar of every page in Quoli. Search takes you to any page, setting or email in a few keystrokes. Ask QI answers questions about your reviews, your setup and how to grow, without you leaving the page you're on.

Plans: Search on every plan. Ask QI on Advanced and up.
Search
â Search box. Type a few letters of what you're after.
â A result. Its icon, its name and what it opens. The highlighted one opens with Enter.
â Keys. â and â to move, Enter to open, Esc to close.
Before you type, Search lists every page, setting and email in three groups. As you type, the best matches come first. Search knows other words for things too, so coupon finds Discounts and Klaviyo finds Integrations, and it doesn't mind accents or capitals. It searches in your admin language and in English. When nothing matches, it offers the pages people open most.
Pages. What you can open: Home, Product reviews, Store reviews, Review requests, Review attributes, Product groups, Import and export reviews, Customer profiles, Questions, Import and export questions, Nuggets, UGC Ads studio and Analytics.
Settings. What you can open: Plan and billing, General, Brand, Widgets, Emails, Review form, Collect and publish, Discounts, Integrations, Channels and Compare plans.
Email templates. What you can open: Each email by name, like Review request, Review request reminder or Question answered. It opens straight in the editor.
The / key opens Search from anywhere in Quoli, as long as you're not typing in a box.
Ask QI
Click Ask QI, type a question in your own words and press Enter, or start with one of the suggested questions. QI looks things up in your reviews, shoppers' questions, Analytics and settings, so its answers come from your store, and it opens the help article behind a how-to answer right in the popup.
Your reviews. For example: Summarize what customers said recently. What are customers unhappy about lately?
Replies. For example: Draft a reply to my latest low-rated review.
Setup. For example: How do I feature my best reviews on my home page? How do I reward customers for photo and video reviews?
Moving over. For example: How do I import my reviews from another app?
Each answer shows the steps QI took, buttons to the pages it used, a follow-up question to try, and Copy. QI keeps the conversation in mind, so you can ask a follow-up. Recents keeps your earlier conversations, and New conversation starts over. A reply QI drafts comes on a card you confirm, and nothing changes until you do. Ask QI about your store has all of it.
QI can make mistakes, so check important details.
On plans without Ask QI
Ask QI is on Advanced and up. On other plans the button shows a lock, and the popup lists what QI can do and what it does on each plan, with your plan marked and an upgrade button. AI review summaries and sentiment start on Growth, and What is Quoli Intelligence shows everywhere QI helps.
