Ask QI is Quoli's assistant, on every page. Ask about your reviews, shoppers' questions and analytics in your own words, have it draft a reply, or ask how to do something in Quoli. It looks things up in your store, shows the steps it took and the pages it used, and changes nothing until you confirm.
Where: Ask QI in the title bar of every page, and the Ask QI card on Home
Reads: Your reviews, shoppers' questions, Analytics, your products and settings, and this help center
Allowance: A monthly number of questions on your plan, shown in Recents
Plans: Advanced and up
Ask a question
➀ Your question. In your own words. Press Enter to send; Shift and Enter starts a new line. Before you ask, QI suggests questions that fit your store.
➁ Worked for. What QI looked at to answer, step by step: the page it searched and how, like 1–2★ reviews of one product over the last 30 days. Click it to show or hide the steps.
➂ QI's answer. With the reviews it quotes, each linked to the review.
➃ Sources. Open the page QI used, already filtered the same way, like See these reviews, or read the help article it used.
➄ Follow-up. A next question QI suggests. Click it to ask.
➅ Copy and feedback. Copy the answer, or tell QI whether it helped.
Ask a follow-up in the box at the bottom: QI keeps the conversation in mind. New conversation starts fresh.
Changes you confirm
QI can prepare a change for you: a reply to a review, an answer to a shopper's question, publishing or archiving reviews, or your review request timing. It shows the change on a card, with where it will appear, and nothing changes until you confirm it there. Replies and answers are drafted in your brand voice, and you can edit them first. Cancel leaves everything as it was.
Help articles inside QI
➀ Back to conversation. Returns to your conversation where you left it.
➁ The article. The help center article QI used, to read without leaving Quoli. Links to other articles open here too.
➂ Open in help center. Opens it on help.quoli.io in a new tab, with its pictures.
Recents
Recents, at the top of the popup, lists your earlier conversations by day. Open one to pick it up again, or delete it. At the bottom, it shows how many questions you've used this month and when the count resets. Once you've used them all, QI says when you can ask again.
What QI reads
Your reviews, with their ratings, products, dates and status, and their counts and averages. So you can ask: What customers are unhappy about, which product gets the most 1–2★ reviews, how a rating changed.
Shoppers' questions and your answers. So you can ask: Which questions are still waiting for an answer.
Analytics and your products. So you can ask: How requests and reviews did over a date range, which products get the most reviews.
Your settings and this help center. So you can ask: How a setting works and how to change it.
QI doesn't see photos and videos themselves, or anything outside Quoli. It can make mistakes: check important details before you act on them.
Questions that work well
What are customers unhappy about lately? The products and issues behind your low ratings, with quotes and a link to those reviews.
Draft a reply to my latest low-rated review. A reply in your brand voice, on a card to edit and confirm.
Which products get the most reviews? Your products compared, with their ratings.
How do I change when review requests are sent? The steps, with the help article to read.
QI noticed
On Home, under your last 30 days, QI points out what needs a look without being asked. A card shows when:
Your store or product rating is slipping. Reviews from the last 30 days average at least 0.3★ less than the 90 days before, by more than chance.
A product is drawing complaints. At least 3 of its reviews in the last 30 days are 1–2★, a fifth of them or more, and more than its own history explains. Up to 3 products show, each with its newest 1–2★ review quoted.
Ask QI about this asks QI why, from the reviews behind it. See reviews opens those reviews, 1–2★ and lowest rated first. The × hides it until it gets worse, or for 14 days. The card shows only when there's something to point out, on Advanced and up.
On plans below Advanced
The button shows a lock. The popup lists what QI does on each plan, with yours marked, and a button to upgrade.
💡 Tip: Ask QI first thing on a Monday: "What are customers unhappy about lately?" One question, and you know which replies to write this week.
