Every store starts on Free Forever, with no time limit. Each paid plan adds to the one before it, so you only pay for what you grow into. Prices are in Settings ▸ Plans in Quoli, where you can switch at any time.

Compare every feature
At the bottom of Settings ▸ Plans, a table lists every feature plan by plan, with your plan's column shaded. A Coming soon badge marks features on their way, like WhatsApp review requests.
Your monthly allowance
Each plan includes a number of review requests a month. Every request Quoli sends, automatic or manual, uses one, and the count starts over with each 30-day billing period. Reviews left on your site, store reviews and imported reviews don't count.

The Your plan card on Home shows how many you've sent this period, with a bar that turns red at your limit.
Locked features
A feature your plan doesn't include shows a lock and the plan it needs, like the AI summary on Reviews on the Free plan. See plans opens Settings ▸ Plans. Buttons for locked features carry a lock too, and the setup guide only lists the steps your plan has.
Trials and changing plans

Your first paid plan | A 14-day free trial starts. Move back to Free before it ends and you aren't charged. |
Up or down between paid plans | It takes effect once you confirm it on the billing page. A cheaper plan comes with a prorated credit. |
Back to Free | It takes effect right away and billing stops. There's no contract, notice period or fee. |
Any change | Your review request count resets to the new plan's limit. |
Moving to a lower plan never touches your reviews: your widgets keep showing them. Features above the new plan pause, like AI summaries or Nuggets on your store, and come back when you upgrade again.
Moving from another app
On every paid plan, the Quoli team moves your reviews from your old app with their photos and videos, and most stores switch in 1 to 2 days. On any plan, you can import reviews yourself from Reviews ▸ Import / export. Switching to Quoli: what to expect walks through it.
