Every store starts on Free Forever, with no time limit. Each paid plan adds to the one before it, so you only pay for what you grow into. Prices are in Settings ▸ Plans in Quoli, where you can switch at any time.

What each plan includes
Free Forever. Orders and requests a month: 100. Includes: Photo reviews and attributes, questions and answers, all 23 storefront widgets, store reviews and QR codes, SEO and rich snippets, integrations like Klaviyo and Flow, and live chat support.
Starter. Orders and requests a month: 1,000. Includes: Everything in Free, plus video reviews, discounts and rewards, a branded sender email and white-glove migration.
Growth. Orders and requests a month: 5,000. Includes: Everything in Starter, plus UGC ads and banners, Nuggets and opportunities, AI review summaries, AI sentiment analysis, the Google Shopping feed and Meta catalog ratings.
Advanced. Orders and requests a month: 20,000. Includes: Everything in Growth, plus AI replies and answers, AI assistant (Ask QI), AI confidence moderation, the attribute scan, ad suggestions and nugget suggestions.
Unlimited. Orders and requests a month: Unlimited. Includes: Everything in Advanced with no limits, plus bespoke widget design, custom integrations, a dedicated success manager and quarterly business reviews.
Compare every feature
At the bottom of Settings ▸ Plans, a table lists every feature plan by plan, with your plan's column shaded. A Coming soon badge marks features on their way, like WhatsApp review requests.
Your monthly allowance
Each plan includes a number of review requests a month. Every request Quoli sends, automatic or manual, uses one, and the count starts over with each 30-day billing period. Reviews left on your site, store reviews and imported reviews don't count.
You reach your limit. Review requests stop until your next billing period, or until you upgrade. Orders already scheduled go out then, but orders placed in the meantime aren't asked. They're still saved, so your analytics counts them, and Review requests lists them as Over plan limit. You're never charged for going over.
Requests are paused. Your widgets keep showing reviews, and shoppers can still write them on your store.
You send requests by hand. Up to 50 a month on every plan, from Reviews ▸ Review requests.
The Your plan card on Home shows how many you've sent this period, with a bar that turns red at your limit. While requests are paused, a banner at the top of Home, Reviews, Analytics and Settings ▸ Plans says when they start again.
Locked features
A feature your plan doesn't include shows a lock and the plan it needs, like QI's read on Reviews on the Free plan. See plans opens Settings ▸ Plans. Buttons for locked features carry a lock too, and the setup guide only lists the steps your plan has.
On Free and Starter, a short banner at the top of Home, Reviews or Analytics also says what the next plan adds. It shows once a visit, and you can close it.
Quoli branding
Where Quoli's name can show on your store and in your emails:
Emails. On Free, the emails your shoppers get end with "Powered by Quoli". To remove it, move to any paid plan: they all leave it out.
Rating Badge and Trust Bar. They show Verified and the Quoli mark, which opens How reviews work. Their Verified by Quoli block setting shows or hides it, on every plan.
What shoppers say. The full summary QI writes for your product pages ends with "Powered by Quoli Intelligence", on every plan.
Review and question forms. Their last step links to Quoli's Terms and Privacy Policy.
Your widgets' colors and fonts are your own, from Settings ▸ Brand.
Trials and changing plans
Your first paid plan. A 14-day free trial starts. Move back to Free before it ends and you aren't charged.
Up or down between paid plans. It takes effect once you confirm it on the billing page. A cheaper plan comes with a prorated credit.
Back to Free. It takes effect right away and billing stops. There's no contract, notice period or fee.
Any change. Your review request count resets to the new plan's limit.
Moving to a lower plan never touches your reviews: your widgets keep showing them. Features above the new plan pause, like AI summaries or Nuggets on your store, and come back when you upgrade again.

Moving from another app
