Review Collection
All plans support photo reviews and unlimited imports. Video reviews unlock on the Starter plan and above. Automated post-purchase emails, reminders, and review request scheduling are available across all plans — the difference is the monthly email limit.
Widgets & Customization
Free and Starter plans include essential widgets (review widget, star ratings, carousel). Growth and above unlock the full library of 24 widget types plus advanced customization options. Branding removal (removing the "Powered by Quoli" badge) is available on the Growth plan and above.
Integrations
Several integrations are available on all plans for free: Twitter/X sharing, Shop App syndication, AfterShip review requests, and Meta Shop & Pixel. Google Shopping and Klaviyo integrations require the Growth plan or above. Shopify Flow works on any Quoli plan but requires a Shopify plan that supports Flow (Shopify, Advanced, or Plus).
Advanced Features
UGC banner ads, nuggets, and snippet widgets are Growth+ features. AI-powered review replies, AI Q&A answers, and review summaries are available on Unlimited and above. Custom sender domains for branded emails also require the Unlimited plan.
Analytics
All plans include the analytics dashboard with review performance, email funnel metrics, and widget engagement. Higher plans unlock deeper insights and conversion attribution.

Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your Shopify admin — your data, reviews, and settings carry over. No data is lost when changing plans.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. You get full access to that plan's features during the trial period.
What happens if I exceed my email limit?
Review request emails pause until your next billing cycle resets the count. Your existing reviews, widgets, and all other features continue working normally. You can upgrade at any time to increase your limit.
Can I migrate from another review app?
Absolutely. Quoli offers free migration from Loox, Judge.me, Okendo, Stamped, Yotpo, and any app that exports CSV. All plans support unlimited review imports. See our migration guides for step-by-step instructions.
Do you offer annual billing?
