Reviews is where every review lands. From one page you approve what's waiting, answer the customers who need a reply, and pick the reviews that sell for you.

The tabs
Product reviews. Reviews of your products, as this article shows.
Store reviews. Reviews of your store as a whole. Collect and manage store reviews.
Review requests. Every order's review request and where it stands. Track review requests.
Customer profiles. Everyone who reviewed, with their orders and spend. Customer profiles.
Attributes. The questions your review form asks. Ask review questions.
Groups. Products that share their reviews. Share reviews between products with groups.
Import / export. Bring reviews in, or download them.
In the title bar, Import opens Import / export, Ask QI and Search work from any page, and Questions opens your shoppers' questions.
The review list
➀ Your rating. The average, how many reviews give each star, how many would recommend, and the average answer to your featured question. It counts published and pending reviews, so it can differ a little from your storefront, which shows published ones only. Click a star row to see only those reviews.
➁ QI's read. A few lines on what your reviews say, and what to do next.
➂ Views. All, Pending, Needs reply, Published, Awaiting confirmation, Archived and Featured, each with its count. Needs reply holds published 1 to 3 star reviews without a reply, and Featured the ones in your Home Carousel.
➃ Search, sort and filters. Search by customer, product or review text. Sort by newest, oldest, highest or lowest rated, and filter by rating, photos or videos, verified buyers, source, date and products. The rating filter takes one star level or 1–2 stars, every low review at once.
➄ Each review. Who wrote it, Verified when it matches an order, where it came from and when. Then their answers, the stars and the product, and the review with its photos and videos.
➅ Its badges. Pending, In carousel, Pinned or Archived, and how many nuggets it has. A review set to join the carousel but not published yet shows Carousel once published: your store shows published reviews only.
➆ Its buttons. On a published review: Reply, Home carousel, Pin to top, Create nugget, Create ad, Share and Archive. While a review waits, Publish, Reply and Archive. Archived ones have Publish.
➇ Your reply. Under the review, marked Private when only the customer gets it.
On Advanced and up, a published 4 or 5 star review also shows QI's pick of its best line, with Publish nugget beside it. Reviews are never deleted: Archive hides one from your store and keeps it here. The list shows 25 reviews a page. The view, filters and page stay in the address, so Back returns you to the same list.
Act on several at once
Tick the reviews you want, or Select all on this page. The bar above the list says how many are selected and offers:
Publish. Puts the waiting ones in your selection live.
Archive. Takes them off your store and keeps them under Archived.
Add to carousel, or Remove from carousel. Features them in your Home carousel, or takes them out.
Pin, or Unpin. Keeps them at the top of their product pages, or lets them go.
Clear selection. Unticks everything.
Open a review
➀ The review. The stars, its status and badges, the text, photos and videos, and the customer's answers.
➁ Reply. Write a public or a private reply. On Advanced and up, Draft with QI writes one for you to edit.
➂ Promote. Home carousel and Pin to top, QI's nugget suggestion, Create ad and Share.
➃ Timeline. Everything that happened to the review, day by day.
➄ Customer. Their name, email and answers, View customer, and Ask to edit their review.
➅ Product. Show this product's reviews, and the product in your admin and on your store. Its photo and links are read from your store each time, so a renamed product still opens the right page, and one that isn't on your online store has no store link.
➆ Details. When it came in, its source, whether the buyer is verified, and the order.
➇ Next review. Steps through the list, and Previous steps back. On a waiting review it reads Publish and next.
The popup has its own address, so the links in Quoli's emails open a review straight here. Close it with ✕ or Esc, and you're back on the same page of the list. Publish and archive reviews, Reply to reviews and Pin and feature your best reviews go deeper.
