✨ Nuggets: turn reviews into highlights

What a nugget is (a review quote highlighted on your product page), where it shows, and the Nuggets page: the figures, QI suggestions, drafts, published and archived nuggets, and what each button does.

Most shoppers never read a full review. A nugget is one line from a review, in the customer's own words, highlighted on the product page where they decide. The line does the selling, and the whole review is a tap away.

Where: Nuggets, in the Quoli menu

On your store: The Nuggets Slider on your product pages

Plans: Growth and up. QI suggestions need Advanced and up.

Publishing a nugget from QI's suggestions in one click

The Nuggets page

The Nuggets page with its parts numbered

➀ Figures. Published nuggets, drafts, opportunities (published 4 and 5 star reviews without a nugget yet) and how many products have at least one.

➁ QI summary. A line on where your nuggets stand, and what to do next.

➂ QI suggestions. For a 4 or 5 star review without a nugget, the line from it most likely to sell. Publish nugget puts it live, Change line picks another, and Skip moves on. See all opens Opportunities.

➃ Views. All, Published, Drafts and Archived, with their counts.

➄ Search, sort and filters. Search a nugget's text or product, sort newest or oldest, and filter by product or the day it was made.

➅ The nugget. Its line, with the reviewer, their stars and the product.

➆ Draft. Saved, but not on your store yet. Published nuggets have no tag.

➇ Its buttons. Publish a draft, Change line to show another line from the same review, View review to open the whole review, or Arrange order on a published nugget to set the order its product page shows them in.

On the right of each nugget, Archive takes it off your store and keeps it under Archived, where Unarchive brings it back. Delete removes it for good, and its review can become a nugget again. To act on several, tick them and use the bar above the list.

Where nuggets come from

A nugget is always a line the customer wrote: their review's title or one of its sentences, never reworded. You make one in a click from a review, from QI's suggestions, or from Opportunities, as Convert a review into a nugget shows.

QI picks its suggestions by rules, not guesswork: a full thought about the product, 40 to 160 characters long, in the reviewer's own voice. Questions, lines with a "but", and lines about delivery score lower, and a review with no strong line gets no suggestion.

Where they show

Published nuggets show in the Nuggets Slider on the product page of the review they came from. How many show, and in what order, is set in Placement rules. Archived, draft and deleted nuggets don't show anywhere on your store.

💡 Tip: Cover your catalog before you stack your bestseller. One nugget on each of your top ten products does more than ten on one, and Products covered tracks it.
