Somewhere in your reviews is a sentence that sells better than your own copy. Converting it into a nugget takes seconds, and QI has usually found it before you do. Nuggets are available on Growth and Unlimited.
Start from Opportunities
Open Nuggets, then Opportunities. QI lists the reviews most likely to contain a great quote, each with a confidence score, the reviewer's context, and any photos or video riding along. Three ways to convert:
Use a QI suggestion. Each review shows ready-made excerpt chips under "QI suggestions, click to use". One click pre-fills the composer.
Select your own line. Highlight any words in the review text and a floating Use this as a nugget button appears above your selection.
Convert the whole review. Click Convert to nugget at the bottom of the row and write the quote yourself.

Polish and publish
Review the text in the composer. 220 characters max, and shorter wins.
Trim filler so the strongest words lead.
Click Publish nugget.
The nugget goes live wherever your Nuggets Slider is placed, linked to its source review. Shoppers who tap it see the full review, so the quote always has receipts. A review can carry more than one nugget, and the row offers Add another nugget once the first is published.

Spot a great line while moderating? Convert to nugget also lives in the row actions of Manage reviews, so you never have to leave your moderation flow to capture it.
What makes a quote work
Specific beats general. Numbers, time frames, and comparisons sell.
Keep the voice. Light trims are fine, rewriting kills the authenticity that makes nuggets work.
Match the objection. The best nugget answers the exact doubt that stalls that product's buyers.
