Product reviews say a product is good. Store reviews say your business is: fast delivery, careful packaging, a team that answers. They need no product and no order, so anyone who bought from you can leave one, online or at your counter. Shoppers who've never heard of you look for exactly that.

The Store reviews tab
➀ Your store's rating. The average, how many reviews give each star, and how many would recommend you.
➁ QI's read. A line on what your store reviews say about buying from you, and what to do next.
➂ Views. All, Pending, Published, Awaiting confirmation, Archived and Featured, each with its count.
➃ Search, sort and filters. Find a review by customer or text, and filter by rating, photos and videos, verified buyers or date.
➄ Each review. Who wrote it, where it came from, such as QR code or link, and when.
➅ Its buttons. Publish and Archive while it waits for you. Once it's live, Share and Archive.
Click a review to open it in full, with the customer, its source and its history. Publish and next works through the waiting ones one after another.
What store reviews can and can't do

Import your store reviews
➀ Import from. Pick Store reviews: map columns yourself.
➁ Choose a file. Upload your CSV, or drop it on the box. You match its columns to Quoli's in the next step.
Only a rating is needed. Add the reviewer's name, the text and the date when your file has them. If you import a file of product reviews with no product column, Quoli offers to bring it in as store reviews instead.

To download them, pick Store reviews only under Include in Reviews ▸ Import / export ▸ Export reviews to CSV.
💡 Tip: Import your Google reviews on day one. Your store-wide rating then starts from the reputation you've already earned, not from zero.
