The Reviews section in Quoli is where you view, moderate, and manage every customer review across your store. Whether you need to approve pending reviews, reply to feedback, or feature your best testimonials β€” it all starts here.

Reviews dashboard at a glance

When you open Quoli β†’ Reviews β†’ Manage Reviews, you'll see:

  • Average rating β€” Your store's overall star rating across all collected reviews.

  • Rating distribution β€” A visual breakdown of how many 5-star, 4-star, 3-star, 2-star, and 1-star reviews you have.

  • Total reviews β€” The total number of reviews collected to date.

  • Review list β€” Every review with customer name, rating, content, photos/videos, product, and status.

Review statuses

Every review in Quoli has one of three statuses:

  • Published β€” Live on your storefront and visible to shoppers.

  • Pending β€” Awaiting your approval before going live. Check this tab regularly.

  • Archived β€” Hidden from your store. Use this for outdated, irrelevant, or spam reviews.

Quick actions on each review

Hover over any review to access these actions:

  • Approve / Reject β€” Publish or decline pending reviews.

  • Reply β€” Respond to the customer directly. Replies show on your storefront.

  • Feature β€” Pin a review so it appears first in your widget.

  • Archive β€” Remove a review from your live store without deleting it.

  • Create Ad β€” Turn a review into a UGC ad using Quoli's ad templates.

Filtering and searching

Use the toolbar above the review list to narrow results:

  • Status filter β€” Show only Published, Pending, or Archived reviews.

  • Rating filter β€” Filter by star rating (e.g., show only 1-star reviews to address issues).

  • Type filter β€” Show only reviews with photos/videos, or only featured reviews.

  • Search bar β€” Search by customer name, email, product title, or review content.

Bulk actions

Need to moderate multiple reviews at once? Select reviews using the checkboxes, then use the bulk action dropdown to:

  • Approve all selected

  • Archive all selected

  • Reply to all selected

Auto-publish settings

Don't want to manually approve every review? Enable Auto-publish in your collection settings to automatically publish reviews that meet your criteria (e.g., 4-star and above, no profanity). This saves time while keeping your review quality high.
