🔗 Collect reviews with QR codes and links

Your store's own review link and branded QR code, for packaging, counters, social bios and chats, and where the store reviews they bring in show up.

Not every review starts in an inbox. Your store has its own review link and a QR code with your logo, for packaging inserts, a sign at your counter, your social bio or a support chat. Anyone can leave a review of your store from it, with no order email needed.

Your link and QR code

The Share your review link card with its parts numbered

➀ QR code. Your logo sits in the middle, or your store's initials on your brand color when there's no logo. The code still scans: it's built to work around the mark.

➁ Shareable link. The same page the code opens.

➂ Copy link and Download QR. Copy the link for a bio, an email or a chat. Download the code as a print-ready image.

The logo comes from Settings ▸ Brand, so the code always matches your packaging.

What shoppers see

The link opens your store review form, in your brand colors. Shoppers rate your store, write a few words, add photos if they like, and leave their name and email. They don't need an order or an account. The form asks your questions about the customer, but none about a product.

Where these reviews go

Two store reviews from the QR code or link in Reviews

They arrive in Reviews ▸ Store reviews, marked QR code or link, and can wait for your approval like any other review. In Analytics, review sources count them under the same name.

Store reviews don't earn a review reward, since they aren't tied to an order.

Where

Why it works

A card in every parcel

It reaches customers while they unbox, their happiest moment.

Your counter, a market stall or an event

A phone camera is closer than an email.

Your social bio or newsletter

One link, straight to the form.

A support chat that went well

Happy customers say yes when asked right then.

💡 Tip: Put the QR code on the thank-you card that goes in every order, with one line like "Tell us how we did". It turns a piece of card into your steadiest source of store reviews.
