Reward reviews with discounts

Offer discount codes for text, photo, and video reviews, delivered automatically.

A small reward changes the math for your customers. Review rates climb, media reviews climb even more, and the discount code brings people back for a second order. Quoli handles the whole loop: the offer, the code, the delivery, and the reminder before it expires.

Discount rewards are available on Starter and up. Set them up in Settings, then Discounts.

Pick a mode

  • No discount. Collect reviews without offering a reward.

  • Same for everyone. One discount applies to every qualifying review. Simple to communicate.

  • Different per review type. Set a unique value for text, photo, and video. Higher values for harder reviews. This is the mode that fills your media gallery.

Choose where codes come from

  • Generate unique codes. Quoli mints a single-use code per shopper. Secure, trackable, and impossible to share on coupon sites.

  • Use an existing code. Reuse a discount you already created in your storefront. Type it in and click Verify code so Quoli can confirm it exists before promising it to anyone.

Set expiry and reminders

Codes can expire after 7 to 90 days. Shorter windows create urgency, longer windows suit slower repurchase cycles. Quoli can send one reminder before the code expires, from 1 to 7 days ahead, using the media discount reminder email.

How customers experience it

  1. Your review request mentions the reward.

  2. The customer submits their review.

  3. Quoli emails the code automatically once the review qualifies.

  4. A reminder lands before the code expires, if you turned reminders on.
