Migrate from Junip

Clean exports, ready-made mapping, and a quick path to live widgets.

Junip keeps its data tidy, which makes this one of the smoother migrations: export the CSV, upload it to Quoli, and the Junip preset handles the mapping. Or send it to white-glove migration, included on every paid plan, and skip even that.

Step 1: Export from Junip

  1. Open your Junip dashboard.

  2. Find the reviews export in its settings and request the CSV.

  3. Download it as soon as it is ready, and plan to import the same day so media links stay fresh.

Step 2: Import into Quoli

  1. Open Reviews, then Import & Export, and click Import reviews.

  2. Choose Junip as the source and upload the file.

  3. Confirm the pre-filled mapping: text, ratings, names, emails, dates, products, media.

  4. Run Validate sample, then enter your email under Notify when done and click Start import. Results land in your inbox when it finishes.

Step 3: Check and go live

  1. Open Manage reviews and scan the new Imported entries.

  2. Publish in bulk once your spot-check passes.

  3. Place your widgets, then uninstall Junip and remove leftover snippets from your theme.

Junip specifics

Junip is known for verified collection, and that history matters: where your export carries the order context, it comes along, and your future reviews in Quoli carry verified badges from the email flow automatically. Junip merchants also tend to have healthy media rates, set up media rewards to keep that momentum on the new system.

šŸ’” Tip: Junip stores usually switch for the surfaces, not the collection. Budget your first hour after import for the widget library, that is where the upgrade shows.
