Every order gets one review request, sent on the schedule you set. When a request isn't sending, its row in Review requests says why, so start there.
Where: Reviews ▸ Review requests
Sends: Every hour, on the hour
➀ Views. Orders by where their request stands. Can't send gathers every request that won't go out.
➁ Scheduled. Waiting for its day, shown under it. Send now sends it straight away.
➂ Waiting for fulfillment. The order isn't fulfilled yet, so the wait hasn't started.
➃ Can't send. This order has no email address.
What each state means
Scheduled, On a date. It goes out that day. The wait, 7 days by default, counts from the order's last update, usually its fulfillment, or from its delivery when you send after delivery. Editing the order later moves the date.
Waiting for fulfillment. Requests start after fulfillment, and a partly fulfilled order still waits. Fulfill the order.
Requests off. First request is set to Don't send automatically. Change it in Settings ▸ Collect & publish ▸ Review requests, or send requests by hand.
Can't send. The order has no email, the customer unsubscribed from Quoli's emails, or the address is on your email blocklist. That order gets no request.
Paused, Until a date. Your plan's review requests are used up. It goes out once the count starts over on that date, or once you upgrade.
Over plan limit. It came in after your plan's review requests were used up, so it's never asked, even once the count starts over. It still counts in your analytics. Upgrade so new orders keep getting requests.
Canceled. The order was refunded or voided.
Sent, Reminded, Reviewed. It went out, the reminder went out, or the customer left a review.
When nothing goes out at all
Your plan's review requests are used up. Requests stop until your next billing period or an upgrade, and orders placed in the meantime aren't asked. They're still saved, so your analytics counts them. The plan card on Home shows how many you've used, and a banner at the top of Home, Reviews and Analytics says when they start again.
The review request email is switched off. Turn on Send this email in Settings ▸ Emails.
Orders aren't being collected. If Start after is set to Don't collect orders, new orders don't appear in Review requests at all.
The orders are old. Orders more than 60 days old never get an automatic request. Send those by hand if you want them.
Test emails from Settings ▸ Emails never count toward your plan, so you can send one to check the email arrives.
💡 Tip: Search an order number in Review requests, with or without the #, to see exactly where its request stands.
