Track review requests

See every order, its request status, and what is scheduled next.

Every order and its review request live in one queue, so you always know what went out, what is scheduled, and which orders turned into reviews. Open Reviews, then Requests.

Read the numbers

Four cards at the top summarize your pipeline:

  • Orders processed. Orders Quoli has seen and evaluated against your rules.

  • Waiting for fulfillment. Orders that will enter the queue once you fulfill them.

  • Review requests sent. Emails already delivered.

  • Requests in queue. Scheduled and waiting for their send date.

Find any order

Three filters narrow the list: order status (fulfilled, open, cancelled, refunded), date range, and review status. The review status filter is the useful one day to day:

  • Review collected. The request worked.

  • Review not collected. Sent, no review yet.

  • Review request sent. Everything that has gone out.

You can also search by order number or customer email.

Read a row

Each row shows the order, customer, items, total, order status, and a Review column with the request state for that order. The row menu has two actions: View order and Send it now, which skips the scheduled delay and sends the request immediately.

Your sending allowance

The Manual review requests strip shows how many requests you have left this cycle and when the counter resets. Your plan sets the monthly allowance. When you reach it, requests pause until the next cycle, and nothing else stops working.

šŸ’” Tip: Filter to "Review not collected" with a 30 day range once a week. Orders with engaged customers and no review yet are perfect candidates for a manual nudge.
