Send a review request manually

Nudge a specific customer right now instead of waiting for the schedule.

Automation covers the routine, but some moments deserve a personal ask. A VIP just received their fifth order. Support turned a complaint into a happy customer. An older order slipped through before you installed Quoli. Manual requests cover all of these.

Send from the queue

  1. Open Reviews, then Requests.

  2. Find the order you want, using search or the filters.

  3. Click the row menu and choose Send it now.

The request leaves immediately instead of waiting for its scheduled date. Quoli shows the request state per order, so you will not double-ask someone who already got an email.

Send a one-off request

For anything outside the queue, use the Manual review requests strip on the same page:

  1. Click Send manual review request.

  2. Pick the customer and the product you want reviewed.

  3. Confirm the send.

The customer receives the same review request email as your automated flow, in your brand, with their product prefilled.

Mind your allowance

Manual sends draw from the same monthly allowance as automated ones. The strip shows how many you have left this cycle and the reset date. If you are running low, save manual sends for high-intent customers.

šŸ’” Tip: The best moment to ask is right after a positive interaction. A customer who just thanked your support team says yes far more often than a cold inbox.
