In many markets, WhatsApp is where messages get read and email is where they get filed. Quoli can send review requests and follow-ups over WhatsApp through Dondy, a Meta Business Solution partner, so buyers who opted in at checkout hear from you on the channel they actually check.
Open Settings, then Channels.
Why Dondy sits in the middle
WhatsApp business messaging comes with real compliance machinery: message template approvals, opt-in records, and a 24-hour reply window. Dondy handles all of it as a Meta partner, and Quoli plugs into Dondy, so you get the channel without inheriting the paperwork.
Connect it
Click Connect WhatsApp.
Name the account, something like "Yourbrand WhatsApp", so multiple accounts stay tellable apart later.
Paste the API key from your Dondy account.
Click Connect. Quoli requests the message templates it needs on your behalf.

Once connected, the card shows your status and a running usage line, how many messages have gone out this month against your allowance. Verify connection re-checks the link anytime, Pause stops sends without losing the setup, and Disconnect wipes the credential entirely, stopping any pending sends with it.
How sends behave
WhatsApp messages follow your existing collection rules, the same triggers and timing you set in Collect & publish, delivered to buyers who opted in at checkout. Messages stay inside the messaging window rules automatically, that is the point of the Dondy partnership.
More channels
SMS, Messenger, and Instagram DM are on the roadmap once WhatsApp volume stabilizes. The Channels page is where they will appear.
š” Tip: WhatsApp shines for delivery-timed requests. A short message a day after the package lands reads as service, not marketing, and response rates tend to show it.
