The Quoli half of a Yotpo migration is quick, a ready-made mapping handles the file. The Yotpo half needs one piece of planning: getting your export can take time, so start there. Or skip the whole dance, white-glove migration is included on every paid plan.
Step 1: Get your export from Yotpo
Open your Yotpo admin and look for the reviews export.
Request the export. Depending on your Yotpo plan, exports may be self-serve or may go through their support, and large accounts can wait a while for the file.
Download the CSV as soon as it is ready, media links in export files age.
Start this step before anything else in your migration. It is the only part with a queue.
Step 2: Import into Quoli
Open Reviews, then Import & Export, and click Import reviews.
Choose Yotpo as the source and upload your file.
Confirm the pre-filled mapping: text, ratings, names, emails, dates, products, media.
Run Validate sample, fix anything it flags, then enter your email and click Start import. Results arrive by email.

Step 3: Check and go live
Review imports in Manage reviews under the Imported badge.
Publish in bulk once your spot-check passes.
Place widgets, then uninstall Yotpo and remove leftover theme snippets.
Yotpo specifics
Yotpo accounts often carry more than reviews: loyalty, SMS, subscriptions. Those products stay behind, this migration moves your review content. Inside the reviews themselves, expect text, ratings, and media to travel well where your export includes them, and check your highest-traffic products first, they are where mapping issues would matter.
š” Tip: Migrating off a larger Yotpo contract is exactly what the white-glove service is for. Send us the export, or even just the request you got stuck on, and we handle the rest end to end.
