➀ Filters. Status: all, published, pending or archived reviews. Include: product and store reviews, or just one of them. Date range: all time, a preset such as the last 30 days, or a custom range.
➁ The count. After you click Export reviews, how many reviews matched, and Ready once the file is written.
➂ Download CSV. Saves the file, named by the day you exported it.
A big store's export can take a minute or two. You can leave the page: the file keeps being written and shows under Recent jobs. One export runs at a time. Change a filter and click Export reviews again for a new file.
What's in the file
One row per review, in the same columns the import reads, plus each review's ID:
Its product: ID, handle and name, and the order number.
The review: source, rating, title, text, recommendation, date and status.
The reviewer: name, email and location, and whether they're a verified buyer.
Your reply and its date, links to its photos and videos, and its helpful votes.
Status reads Approved, Pending, Archived or Rejected, or Unconfirmed for an on-site review still waiting for its email confirmation. The file holds your customers' email addresses, so keep it somewhere private.
Recent jobs
➀ An export. Download CSV fetches it again, for 7 days after it was written.
➁ An import with errors. Download error report lists the rows it skipped and why.
➂ An older export. Its file is deleted after 7 days. Export again for a fresh one.
Bring them back
To import an export, pick Quoli template under Import from, as Import reviews from a CSV file shows. Leave Skip reviews imported before on: each review is matched by its ID, so none comes in twice.
💡 Tip: Export all your reviews once a month and keep the file with your store's other records. It's your reviews, with every reply and photo link, whatever happens to an app or a theme.
