Export your reviews

Download any slice of your reviews as a CSV, delivered to your inbox.

Your reviews are yours. Export them anytime for a backup, a deep-dive in a spreadsheet, a report for the team, or to hand to an agency. Exports run in the background and land in your inbox, so size never matters.

Run an export

  1. Open Reviews, then Import & Export.

  2. Click Export reviews.

  3. Choose your filters and column set.

  4. Enter your Notify email and confirm.

You will see Export queued, and the download link arrives by email when the file is ready.

Choose what goes in

  • Status. Everything, approved only, or pending only.

  • Rating. Any rating, or a specific band.

  • Date range. All time, last 30 days, last 90 days, or last 12 months.

Pick a column set

  • Minimal, round-trip safe. The fields Quoli's own import understands. Use this if the file might come back, for example after a bulk edit in a spreadsheet.

  • Every column we track. The full record for analysis: ratings, text, customers, products, sources, media links, replies, and more.

What people use exports for

  • Backups. A quarterly all-time export is cheap insurance.

  • Analysis. Pivot a 12-month export by product and rating and product issues surface fast.

  • Sharing. Agencies and marketplaces usually want a CSV, not a login.

šŸ’” Tip: For a bulk cleanup, export with the round-trip safe set, edit in your spreadsheet, then re-import the file. The columns line up by design.
