Import and export questions

Seed your FAQ from a CSV and take your Q&A anywhere.

Your support inbox already knows what shoppers ask. The Questions import brings those FAQs onto your product pages as ready-made Q&A, and the export takes everything with you for backups or audits. Both live in Questions, then Import / Export.

Import questions

  1. Click Download blank template, or Download sample data to see the format filled in.

  2. Fill one row per question: the product, the asker, the question, and optionally the answer and date.

  3. Drop the file on the upload zone, or click Choose a file.

Quoli auto-maps the columns, skips broken rows, and imports only the pairs that pass validation, so a messy file cannot half-import. Rows with answers arrive ready to publish, rows without answers land in your Pending queue.

Seed your FAQ the honest way

Pre-seeding is not faking activity, it is moving real answers to where shoppers actually look. Pull the ten questions support answers every week, write your best answer once, and import them with the product they belong to. From day one, your Questions tab earns its place.

Export questions

  1. Pick a status: all, answered, pending, or archived.

  2. Choose a date range.

  3. Click Download CSV. The file builds and downloads right in your browser.

The export includes the question, answer, product, asker, status, and timestamps, plus whether the answer was QI drafted. Useful for backups, audits, or moving Q&A between stores.

šŸ’” Tip: Re-run the import whenever support discovers a new recurring question. A growing, well-answered Q&A section quietly deflects tickets while it converts.
