Quoli lets you export your reviews to a CSV file at any time β for backup, data analysis, reporting, or moving data to other platforms. There's no limit on how many times you can export.
How to Export Reviews
Step 1: Go to Quoli Dashboard β Reviews β Import/Export.
Step 2: Click Export Reviews.
Step 3: Choose your filters to narrow down the export.
Step 4: Click Export to download your CSV file.
Export Filters
You can narrow down which reviews to export using two filters:
Time period: All time, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, This month, or This year.
Review status: Published reviews (live on your store), Pending reviews (awaiting approval), or Archived reviews (removed from display).
By default, all published reviews across all time are selected for export.
What's Included in the Export
The exported CSV file includes all relevant review data: customer name, review text, star rating, date and time of submission, product name, review status, and any associated media (photo/video URLs).
The CSV format is compatible with all major spreadsheet tools β Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and more.
What You Can Do With Exported Reviews
Backup your review data. Keep a local copy of all your reviews for safekeeping β especially useful before making bulk changes or switching plans.
Analyze review trends. Import the CSV into a spreadsheet or analytics tool to identify patterns β which products get the best reviews, average ratings over time, common feedback themes.
Create marketing content. Pull standout quotes from your best reviews to use in email campaigns, social media posts, or product pages.
Share with your team. Send the export to your product, marketing, or support team so they can act on customer feedback without needing access to the Quoli dashboard.
π‘ Pro Tip: Set a recurring monthly reminder to export your reviews. Having regular backups means you'll never lose valuable customer feedback, regardless of what happens with your tech stack.
Troubleshooting
Export file is empty: Check your filters β you may have selected a time period or status with no matching reviews. Try "All time" + "Published Reviews" to confirm data exists.
CSV showing garbled characters: If special characters (accents, emojis) look wrong when you open the file, try importing the CSV into Google Sheets using File β Import β Upload, and select UTF-8 encoding.
Missing photo/video data: Media URLs are included in the export. If a review has media but the column is empty, the media may still be processing β wait a few minutes and try again.
