πŸ”— Collect Reviews via QR Codes & Shareable Links

Generate QR codes and shareable review links to collect reviews from packaging inserts, in-store displays, social media, and more.

Updated yesterday

Not every review comes from an email. Quoli lets you generate QR codes and shareable links so customers can submit reviews from anywhere β€” product packaging, in-store displays, social media posts, or even printed cards.

Access QR codes and shareable links

  1. Open Quoli from your Shopify admin.

  2. Click Reviews in the left menu.

  3. Select the Collect Reviews tab at the top.

  4. Click QR, links & store reviews in the left panel.

QR code

Quoli generates a unique QR code for your store. When customers scan it with their phone, they're taken directly to your Review Collection Form.

To save the QR code image, click Download QR. You can then use it in:

  • Product packaging β€” print it on boxes, bags, or inserts.

  • Thank-you cards β€” include a small card with each order asking for a review.

  • In-store displays β€” if you have a physical location, place QR codes near products or at checkout.

  • Marketing materials β€” flyers, brochures, or event signage.

Shareable review link

Below the QR code, you'll find a direct URL to your review form (format: https://reviews.quoli.io/yourstore).

Click Copy link to copy it to your clipboard. Share it via:

  • Social media β€” post it on Instagram, Facebook, or X with a call-to-action.

  • Email signatures β€” add it to your team's email footer.

  • SMS or WhatsApp β€” send it directly to customers in a personal message.

  • Thank-you pages β€” add the link to your Shopify order confirmation page.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: Include a QR code on a small printed card inside every shipment with a message like "Loved your order? Scan to leave a review and get 10% off your next purchase." This is one of the highest-converting review collection methods β€” and it works even if customers don't open your emails.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: Reviews collected via QR codes and links count as "store reviews" β€” they're not tied to a specific order, which makes them great for building overall store credibility and trust badges.
