Every review you collect lives in Reviews, then Manage. This page is your moderation desk, reply console, and the launchpad for turning good reviews into nuggets and ads. Here is the lay of the land.
Product and store reviews
Two tabs split the page. Product holds reviews tied to a specific item. Store holds reviews about your brand as a whole, the kind collected through your QR code and shareable link. Both tabs work the same way.
Statuses
Tabs across the top filter by state: All, Approved, Pending, Archived. Each review carries a status badge:
Pending. Waiting for your decision.
Published. Live on your storefront.
Rejected. Kept in Quoli, hidden from shoppers.
Archived. Out of the way, recoverable anytime.
On-site pending. Submitted through your storefront form and waiting, if you moderate on-site reviews manually.

Source badges
Every review shows where it came from: Review email, On-site form, QR code, or Imported. Reviews from email requests also carry a Verified badge, since they trace back to a real order. A Featured badge marks reviews you have pinned, and a nugget count appears on reviews you have converted.
Find the review you need
Filter by rating, media, source, and date, or search by customer and content. Filters live in the toolbar and combine, so "5 stars, with photo, last 30 days" takes three clicks.
Act on a review
Each row's menu carries the full toolkit: Approve, Reply, View detail, Convert to nugget, Create UGC ad, Pin, Share, Download media, and Archive. Select several reviews and the bulk bar appears with approve, reply, archive, and reject for all of them at once.
View detail opens the full review: every photo and video, the customer's order context, your reply thread, and the request edit card.
