A review request that lands before the package does is wasted. The AfterShip integration fixes the timing at the source: your review countdown starts from the actual delivery scan instead of the fulfillment timestamp, so the ask arrives when the product is in hand. Stores using delivery timing see meaningfully higher response rates, often by double digits. Available on Growth and up.

Switch your trigger
The connection alone changes nothing until your collection rules use it:
Open Settings, then Collect & publish.
Set the trigger to After delivery.
Shorten your delay. Delivery-based timing does not need the buffer you padded in for transit, 3 to 7 days after delivery is plenty.
Why this is worth a plan tier
Fulfillment-based timing guesses at transit. Guess short and the email beats the box, guess long and the excitement has faded. Delivery-based timing removes the guess: every customer gets the ask the same few days into ownership, which is exactly when reviews are longest and most specific. If your shipping times vary by region or carrier, this is the single best response-rate upgrade available.
š” Tip: After switching, watch the collection funnel for two weeks. Delivery timing usually lifts opens first, the email arrives inside the unboxing afterglow, and completions follow.
