Block internal, test, or unwanted email addresses from receiving Quoli review request emails to keep your data clean and sender reputation healthy.

Quoli's email blocklist prevents specific email addresses from receiving automated review request emails. Use it to exclude internal team members, test accounts, or any contacts that shouldn't receive review requests.

The blocklist is managed from Quoli Dashboard β†’ Settings β†’ General β†’ Email Blocklist.


Why Use an Email Blocklist

Keep data accurate. Excluding test orders and internal purchases ensures your review metrics reflect real customer feedback, not internal testing.

Protect sender reputation. Sending review requests to inactive or internal addresses can hurt your email deliverability over time. The blocklist keeps your sending list clean.

Avoid awkward emails. Team members, contractors, and wholesale buyers shouldn't get automated "How was your purchase?" emails for internal orders.


Adding Emails to the Blocklist

Step 1: Go to Settings β†’ General β†’ Email Blocklist.

Step 2: Click Add Email.

Step 3: Enter the email address you want to block.

Step 4: Click Add to save.

Blocked addresses will no longer receive any automated Quoli emails (review requests, reminders, follow-ups).


Managing Your Blocklist

Removing an address: Find the email in your blocklist and click the trash icon. The address will immediately be eligible to receive Quoli emails again.

Editing an address: Click the edit icon to update a blocked email. Changes take effect instantly.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: Use domain wildcards (e.g., *@yourcompany.com) to block all emails from a specific domain at once β€” great for blocking your entire team without adding individual addresses.


Troubleshooting

Blocked address still receiving emails: Check for typos in the blocklist entry. The email must match exactly (or use a wildcard pattern) to be blocked.

Want to block products instead of emails: Use the Product Blocklist in Email Settings to prevent specific products from triggering review request emails.
