🧠 Quoli Intelligence: where QI helps

Everywhere QI works in Quoli: what it writes, reads and picks for you, what each part is built on, the plan it needs, and what QI never does.

QI, short for Quoli Intelligence, is the name for the parts of Quoli that read and write for you. It drafts replies and answers, sums up what shoppers say, checks new reviews, and picks your best lines for nuggets and ads. It always starts from your real reviews and product details.

Shows as: QI's mark, a sparkle, next to everything it did

Plans: Growth and up, with more on Advanced and up

Allowance: None: QI isn't counted or capped on your plan

➀ QI's mark. Wherever you see it, the line or draft next to it is QI's work.

What each part is built on

Drafts, the What shoppers say summary, the confidence check and Ask QI are written or read by an AI model, from your reviews and product details.

The rest follows fixed rules, the same way every time. The QI summary lines are built from the figures on the page, and QI noticed from your review counts and averages. Nugget suggestions and QI's ads score each line of a review and pick the best, always in the customer's own words.

What QI never does

  • It never writes a review, or changes a customer's words.

  • It never posts a reply or an answer: drafts wait for you, marked QI draft or Drafted with QI.

  • It never publishes a review the rules in Collect & publish would hold: the confidence check only holds reviews back.

QI can still get things wrong. Read every draft before you post it, and check facts like shipping times, which QI doesn't know.

💡 Tip: Start with the What shoppers say summary. It's on by default from Growth, works while you sleep, and answers the question every shopper has before they read a single review.
