Switching from Judge.me to Quoli? This guide walks you through the entire migration β from exporting your Judge.me reviews to importing them into Quoli and going live. Quoli has built-in CSV mapping for Judge.me exports, so the process is fast and seamless.
π‘ Good to know: Quoli has pre-built CSV mapping for Judge.me exports. No manual column reformatting needed β just export from Judge.me, upload to Quoli, and the system maps everything automatically.
Before You Start
Make sure you have:
1. An active Quoli account with the app installed on your Shopify store.
2. Access to your Judge.me dashboard to export reviews.
3. A backup of your Judge.me data (recommended before any migration).

1. Log in to your Judge.me dashboard.
2. Go to the Manage Reviews tab.
3. Scroll down to the "Export reviews" section.
4. Click "Export published reviews" to download published reviews. Repeat for hidden and archived reviews if needed.
5. Download the CSV file(s) to your computer.
β οΈ Important: Export all review types (published, hidden, archived) for a complete migration. You can manage review status in Quoli after import.
Step 2: Import into Quoli
1. In your Quoli dashboard, go to Reviews β Import/Export.
2. Click Import Reviews.
3. Select "Import from other apps".
4. Choose Judge.me from the dropdown menu.
5. Upload the CSV file you exported from Judge.me.
6. Quoli automatically maps all Judge.me CSV columns to the correct fields β review text, star rating, customer name, product, date, and media.

8. Click Import to start the process.
Step 3: Review & Publish

3. Use Bulk Actions β Publish All to approve all at once, or review individually.
4. Check your storefront to confirm reviews display correctly in your widgets.
Step 4: Go Live & Clean Up
1. Set up your Quoli widgets β see 𧩠Widgets Library Overview.
2. Configure review request automation β see π¦ Orders & Review Requests.
3. Uninstall Judge.me from your Shopify admin to avoid conflicts.
4. Remove any Judge.me code snippets or theme modifications from your Shopify theme.
π‘ Pro Tip: Before uninstalling Judge.me, screenshot your email templates and widget configurations so you can replicate them in Quoli.
What Gets Migrated
Included: Review text, star ratings, customer names, customer emails, review dates, product associations, and photo/video attachments (where available in the export).
Not included: Judge.me-specific features like Q&A threads, custom forms, or coupons. These are proprietary to Judge.me and not part of the standard review export.
Troubleshooting
Products not matching: Quoli matches reviews to products using product handles or IDs. If some reviews aren't linked correctly, verify your Shopify product catalog hasn't changed since the reviews were collected.
Missing media: Judge.me exports may not include photo/video URLs in all cases. If media isn't in the CSV, it can't be imported.
Duplicate reviews: Running the import multiple times may create duplicates. Filter and remove them from the Reviews dashboard.
