Learn how to track the status of your review requests after order completion

Tracking post-purchase review requests is essential for understanding customer reviews and managing your store's reviews efficiently. With Quoli, you can easily monitor the status of your review requests directly from the "Orders" tab. This guide will walk you through the steps to track post-purchase review requests.


Accessing the Orders Tab

  1. Select Quoli from your Shopify apps

  2. Navigate to the Orders Tab

    • Once you're in in, navigate to the Orders tab from the left menu. This tab contains all the orders placed by your customers along with the status of the review requests.


Understanding the Orders Tab

The Orders tab provides a comprehensive view of all your orders and their respective review request statuses. Here’s what you will see:

  • Order Number: A unique identifier for each order.

  • Date: The date and time when the order was placed.

  • Product: The number of items in the order.

  • Name: The name of the customer who placed the order.

  • Email: The email address of the customer.

  • Requests Status: The current status of the review request.

  • Actions: Options to manage the review request.


Tracking Review Request Status

To track the status of post-purchase review requests, focus on the Requests Status column. This column indicates the current status of each review request. Here are the different statuses you might encounter:

  1. Unfulfilled: The review request has not been sent yet.

    • Example: Unfulfilled status with a yellow indicator.

  2. Scheduled: The review request is scheduled to be sent on a specific date.

    • Example: Scheduled for Aug 2, 2024 status with a blue indicator.

  3. Sent: The review request has been successfully sent to the customer.

    • Example: Sent status with a green indicator.

  4. Cancelled: The review request has been cancelled.

    • Example: Cancelled status with a red indicator.


Managing Review Requests

You can manage review requests directly from the Orders tab using the actions available in the Actions column. The following actions are available:

  1. Send Manual Review Request:

    • Click the paper plane icon to manually send a review request to the customer.

  2. View Order Details:

    • Click the shopping cart icon to view the details of the order.

  3. Cancel Review Request:

    • Click the ‘X’ icon to cancel the review request.


Additional Filters and Options

To further streamline your tracking process, Quoli offers additional filters and options:

  • Time Filters: Use the time filters (Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, Custom) to view orders within a specific time frame.

  • Status Filters: Use the status filters (All, Pending/Scheduled, Request Sent, Review Collected, Request Cancelled, Missed) to view orders based on the review request status.


Tracking post-purchase review requests is a crucial part of managing your store's customer feedback and reviews. By regularly monitoring the status of your review requests through the Orders tab, you can ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a robust collection of customer reviews.
