The "Requests" tab in Quoli's Customer Profiles provides a centralized view of all review requests related to a specific customer. Product Information

Each review request entry begins with the name of the product for which the review is being requested. This allows merchants to quickly identify the product associated with each request.

  • Product Name: Clearly displayed at the start of each review request entry (e.g., "Cooper desk lamp", "Essence Upholstered Bed").

Date

This column provides information about the timing of the review request.

  • Request Date and Time: Indicates when the review request was sent or is scheduled to be sent (e.g., "Today at 6:55am").

Request Status

This column shows the current status of the review request, providing a quick overview of its progress.

  • Review Collected: Indicates that the review has been successfully collected and the status is updated accordingly.

  • Scheduled: Shows that a review request is scheduled for a future date, along with the scheduled date.

Actions

This column provides quick access to actions related to each review request, enabling merchants to perform relevant tasks efficiently.
