See the full history behind every customer—orders, reviews, questions, discounts, and more. The Customer Profiles page is your single source for relationship data, feedback, and actionable opportunities.

See Customers’ Entire Order History

In the Orders tab, you’ll find details for each purchase:

  • Product names and quantities

  • Price and order totals

  • Product SKUs

Quickly spot loyal fans, high spenders, and the purchase path that led to a review.


Track Every Submitted Review

The Reviews tab lists all feedback left by this customer:

  • Product reviewed and star rating (out of 5)

  • Full review content (great for follow-ups and UGC marketing!)

  • Time and date submitted

Use this to spot your happiest customers—or resolve issues before they escalate.



View Questions and Replies

The Questions tab holds the complete record of product inquiries:

  • Product name asked about

  • The exact text of the question

  • Date asked and any reply (yours or another customer’s)

Respond to questions right from this view and keep every conversation in one place.



Manage Every Review Request

The Requests tab lets you:

  • Check the review request status for every order

  • See product, order date, and request status (sent, pending, scheduled, etc.)

  • Take action: resend, cancel, or schedule requests as needed

Tip: Use this to quickly follow up with customers who haven’t yet left feedback.


Dive into Spending, Lifetime Value, and Discounts

Customer Details summarizes their overall value and activity:

  • Total purchases

  • Orders placed

  • Reviews left

  • Customer ID

You also get:

  • Products Reviewed: See all products they’ve reviewed at a glance.

  • Asking About: See which products they’ve asked questions about, and total questions for each.

  • Customer Discounts:

    • Total coupon/discount codes issued

    • Redeemed codes

    • Revenue generated from discounts


Quick Data Definitions For Each Section

  • Orders: List of all purchases, including product, price, quantity, SKU, and order total.

  • Reviews: Every review this customer left, by product.

  • Questions: Complete product Q&A record.

  • Requests: Status of every review request by order.

  • Customer Details: Lifetime order/review stats, plus discounts and value.
