Learn how to increase your customers LTV and look into each customers journey with your brand

The customer profile page in Quoli allows you to look into each customers journey/history with your brand. This is where you can see their order history, reviews, questions and track the review request status of your customers orders.


Orders

This tab shows a list of customer orders. Each order includes the following information:

  • The name of the product

  • The quantity of the product that was ordered

  • The price of the product

  • The order total

  • The SKU of the product


Reviews

The "Reviews" tab in Customer Profiles provides a comprehensive view of the reviews left by each specific customer. This feature is designed to help merchants manage and analyze customer reviews effectively. Below, we describe each column and feature in detail to help you make the most out of this tool.

Questions

The "Questions" tab in Quoli provides a history of all the product-related questions the customer has asked about your orders. Here, you can see details like:

  • Product Name: Name of the product they've inquired about.

  • Text of question: The specific details they wanted information on.

  • Date: Date of question submission

  • Replies (optional): As a merchant, you can respond to questions directly from this tab and you'll see the answer right here.

This tab essentially keeps a record of all product inquiries from your customer and the answers provided by the merchant.



Requests

This tab shows the current status of the review request for each order placed by that specific customer.

  • Product: Name of the product that was ordered.

  • Date: Date the order was placed.

  • Request status: The current status of the review request for that order.

  • Actions: This column might include options for managing the review request, such as the ability to send the request earlier or cancel it altogether.


Additional details about your customer

Get even more info about your customers with extra details. This ensures you always stay on top of your customer reviews.

Customer Details

This serves as a summary of the customer's activity and spending history at the store. It shows their total purchases, how many times they've ordered, how many reviews they've left, and their customer ID number.


Products Reviewed

This section displays a list of all the products the customer has reviewed.

  • Name of product

  • Star Rating: (out of 5)


Asking about

The section displays the products the customer has asked questions about. Here's a breakdown of the information it displays:

  • Products: This section lists the names of the products the customer has inquired about. In the example, it shows:

    • Essence Upholstered Bed

    • Ethan Wall Clock

  • Number of questions: This section indicates the number of questions the customer has asked about each product.For instance, the image shows "1 question" for Essence Upholstered Bed and "2 questions" for Ethan Wall Clock.


Customer Discounts

This section displays information about the discounts applied by the customer.

  • Codes created: This indicates the total no. of coupon codes or discount codes the customer has received.

  • Redeemed: This indicates the total no. of discount codes that have been redeemed.

  • Revenue-generated: This is the total order amount generated from each discounted order.

Fox example if customer placed 2 orders of value $100 each after using discount then in this case $200 would be the value of Revenue-Generated
