This tab is designed to streamline your orders and review request statuses, providing a comprehensive view of all your customer orders.
Here's how you can make the most out of the "Orders" tab
Order: This column displays the unique order ID.
Date: This column shows the date and time the order was placed.
Product(s): This column displays the number of items included in the order.
Customer Name & Email: These 2 columns display the customer's name and email address.
Request Status: This column shows the current status of the product review request for this order. It can be one of the following:
Scheduled: This means that a review request will be sent to the customer on the respective date.
Sent: This means that a review request has already been sent to the customer
Request canceled: This means that the request to collect a review for this order has been canceled.
Unfulfilled: This means that the order has not yet been fulfilled by the merchant.
Review collected: This means that a review has already been collected for this order.
Actions: This column allows you to take specific actions in a particular order. The available actions will vary depending on the Request Status of the order. Here are the possible actions:
Send now: This option allows you to manually send a review request to the customer.
Cancel request: This option allows you to cancel any pending review requests that have not yet been sent to the customer.
Go to order: This option takes you to the details page of that specific order.
Filter Options:
Last 30 days: This is the default filter option, and it shows all orders that have been placed in the past 30 days.
All time: This option shows all orders that have ever been placed.
Custom: This option allows you to specify a custom date range for which you want to see orders.
Send manual review request: This button allows you to send a review request to any order, regardless of its current status.
Search bar: This search bar allows you to search for specific orders by order ID, customer name, or email address.
