Quoli's widget settings let you control two important aspects of how your reviews appear: how they show up in Google search results (SEO rich snippets) and how reviewer names are displayed on your storefront.

Both settings are managed from Quoli Dashboard → Settings → Widget Settings.

Rich snippets add structured data (schema markup) to your product pages, which tells Google about your product reviews. When enabled, Google may display star ratings directly in search results — making your listings stand out and increasing click-through rates.

To enable: Go to Widget Settings and toggle Enable SEO Rich Snippets on.

Control how customer names appear on your review widgets. Choose from multiple display formats: "First Last" for a natural look, "Last, First" for a formal style, or initials-only for a cleaner, more privacy-conscious display.

To change: In Widget Settings, find the Reviewer Display Name Order section and select your preferred format. Changes apply to all widgets instantly.

Rich snippets not showing in Google: Google doesn't guarantee rich results for every page. Make sure your product pages have at least one published review and that the structured data is valid using Google's Rich Results Test.

Widget not displaying: Verify the Quoli app embed is enabled in Shopify Admin → Apps → Quoli → App embeds. Also check that the review widget is placed on the correct page template.

Styling conflicts with theme: If your widgets look different than expected, your theme's CSS may be overriding Quoli's styles. Contact [email protected] for help with CSS compatibility.
