Track by Loop (formerly Wonderment) marks your orders delivered when parcels arrive. Quoli times each review request from that date, so customers are asked once the box is in their hands.

Set it up
➀ How to complete the integration. The three steps, in order.
➁ Install app. Opens Track's listing.
Install Track by Loop.
In Track, turn on fulfillment events, so it marks each order delivered when the parcel arrives.
In Quoli, open Settings ▸ Collect & publish and set Start after to After delivery.
There's nothing to connect in Quoli: it reads the delivery dates on your orders. Orders that never show a delivery are asked 30 days after their last update.
With Flow
Track's Flow trigger can also run Quoli's Update delivery status with wonderment action, which marks the order delivered in Quoli. Automate with Shopify Flow covers Quoli's actions.
💡 Tip: Use AfterShip or Track, not both. One source of delivery dates keeps every request on time.
