Shopify Flow is your store's automation app. Quoli adds three triggers to it, for a review submitted, a review published and a question asked, and two actions: one sends a review request from any workflow, the other marks an order delivered. Use them to tag customers, alert your team or ask for reviews at the right moment.

➀ How to complete the integration. The steps, in order.
➁ Enable. Quoli runs its triggers for your store only while Flow is on here. The card then reads Active.
Triggers
Trigger | Runs when | Carries |
Review submitted | A customer submits a product review | The product, rating, title and text, the reviewer's name and email, the order number, whether it has photos or videos, and where it came from |
Review published | A product review goes live | The same as Review submitted |
Question asked | A shopper asks a question about a product | The product, the question and the shopper's name and email |
Email and order number are empty when the review or question didn't come with them.
Actions
Action | What it does |
Send review request | Sends Quoli's review request email for an order now. Skipped when the order was already asked. |
Update delivery status with wonderment | Marks an order delivered in Quoli, so requests timed to delivery go out. Used with Track by Loop. |
Workflows to start with
Trigger | Then |
Review submitted, Rating below 3 | Send an internal email so your team can reach out. |
Review published, Rating is 5 | Add a customer tag like "5-star reviewer". |
Another app's "order delivered" trigger | Quoli's Send review request. |
Question asked | Send an internal email, so questions get answers fast. |
Klaviyo and GoodAPI join Quoli through these triggers too: see Use your reviews in Klaviyo and Plant a tree for every review.
💡 Tip: Alert your team on 1 and 2 star reviews. A reply within a day turns many of them around.
